The best car rental experience we have ever had. The staff is extremely professional and welcoming. They had organized transfers from the airport, to our airbnb, then to the office to the next day, and the same was done for the end of our trip. The car (landcruiser 4x4) was compliant to our expectations, and was a solid ally in our off-road and sand driving adventure. The documentation we received was very useful during the trip, especially the very exhaustive description of the off-road functionalities. All the camping equipment was carefully selected and resistant, we weren’t missing anything. The tents are confortable and easy to install, resistant to cold and rain. Overall we were really impressed and couldn’t recommend this company more !

We rented a 4x4 Landcruiser Camper from Savanna Car Hire in Windhoek for three weeks and were thoroughly impressed. The service was reliable, with staff always helpful and knowledgeable. The vehicles were in perfect technical condition, and the punctual airport pickup made the start of our journey stress-free. We would definitely rent from them again.

Es macht immer wieder Spaß ein Auto bei Savanna zu mieten. Auch die Buchung dieses Jahr nach einigen Jahren Pause hat wieder bestätigt, dass ihr die beste Autovermietung seid. Perfekter Service: angefangen bei der Übernahme und Einweisung, den Zustand der Autos und die Betreuung während der Reise (und auch wenn es danach noch etwas zu klären gibt ????). Mehrere Hilux und dieses Mal ein Ford Ranger. Die neuen Dachzelte sind der Hit. Preis/Leistung passt super. Weiter so und vielen Dank an das ganze Team!

Preis-Leistung der Beste in Namibia. Ich hatte im Vorfeld verglichen und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Man wird vom Flughafen abgeholt, der Fahrer gibt auch Hilfestellung beim Geldabheben und Sim Karte besorgen. Nach Erledigung der Formalitäten erhält man eine super Einweisung zum Auto und der Ausrüstung. Personal ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Die Rückgabe war auch super. Man wird versorgt mit Kaffee und anschließend wieder zum Flughafen gebracht.
Autos waren alle Ford Rangers.

냄비랑 프라이팬,식기는 바꿀때가 된거 같아요. 주물팬 너무너무너무 무거워요. 냉장고는 필수입니다.

Wir hatten den Ford Ranger für 23 Tage gemietet und waren absolut zufrieden mit dem tollen Auto, dem Service und dem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
Übernahme und Rückgabe haben reibungslos geklappt.
Die Camping Ausrüstung war absolut ausreichend, der Kühlschrank top.
Dass wir das Auto von aussen bei einer nahegelegenen Tankstelle für 70 n$ haben reinigen lassen, hat den Savanna-Mitarbeiter sehr gefreut, uns höhere Reinigungskosten erspart und den Rückgabeprozess vereinfacht.
Nächstes mal gerne wieder savanna.

Ich bekam ein Upgrade vor Ort und das Fahrzeug war fast neu.
Alles problemlos während der 36 Tage gewesen, einzig das Dachzelt war älter und nicht mehr wasserdicht.

Ten days of adventure, without any failures, I highly recommend it.

Wir hatten einen verrückten Trip und legten in 9 Tagen 3500km zurück. Das Auto war Mega. Es hielt und hatte keine Probleme. Wie wurden per Mail und vor Ort super betreut, besonders von der Bianca. Transfer ab Flughafen, zum Hotel und wieder zum Flughafen hin - alles ohne Aufpreis und sehr zuverlässig. Der Preis insgesamt war super. Sehr sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben innerhalb von 4 Wochen 2 Autos gemietet und sind über 5000km gefahren. Einmal mit Dachzelt und einmal ohne. Jedes Mal super Autos, nie Probleme und jederzeit sofort eine Rückmeldung, wenn man eine Frage unterwegs hatte.
Unser einziger Kritikpunkt: leider wurde nur für eine Strecke von Flughafen nach Windhoek ein Transfer gestellt, weil der Rückflug 10 Tage nach Rückgabe des Autos lag. Auch hätte nur eine und nicht alle 3 Personen befördert werden müssen. Das fanden wir etwas schwach und schade.
