KAVANGO RIVER LODGE

It was indeed a very brilliant and mezmerizing stay, great food, highly professional, friendly and helpful staff consisting of guards, waiting staff, housekeepers, bartenders, gardeners and hostesses. Their warm smiles provide a very welcoming atmosphere. I also highly recommend the place for MICE and business Tourism as they have a state of the art equipped with all modern equipment boardroom that can even accommodate a large group. Their executive rooms make you feel like you are in heaven or in a fairytale. The 360 degree views, peace, tranquility and birdlife are quite a spectacle especially in great weather which we experienced throughout our 3 night stay there. It is also very clean and safe. I highly recommend anyone going to Rundu to give this place a try for yourself. For leisure tourists I reccommend a stay of not shorter then 3 nights.
One of the hostesses, a very friendly, hardworking, all hands on deck, manager material, multitasking type, highly intelligent individual Ms. Betrina was always fully available and could help anytime.

Cheapskates cutting the filter coffee with the absolutely lowest grade of coffee - 'Kloof'. Unfriendly waiters. Takes up to two hours to prepare orders from the menu.
