HOTEL LAGUNA ^{* * *}

Very clean hotel. A lot of parking slots is the reason we picked this place initially, but everything went beyond the expectations- breakfast is simple and delicious, basic room but provides everything you need. Great value for money! Though some staff can’t speak English well they all very friendly. Reminds me of my home country grandma and family. Recommend here as a stop during road trip or to catch late/early flight!

Labai erdvus kambarys. Jame yra kondicionierius, pro langus matosi kalnai. Galimas vėlymas įsiregiatravimas. Pusryčiai buvo įskaičiuoti ir gausūs, tačiau ne itin skanūs.

Simple, but clean, comfortable and easy to get to. The hosts are very accomodating and responsive to individual needs. We arrived without reservations by bicycle, sweaty and tired, and were quickly greeted with ice-cold beverages and quick access to a large, ground-floor double-room. They allowed us to park our less-than-pristine bikes under the stairway, very close to our room.
When I realized - two days after we had departed - that I had left my well-seasoned sweater in a drawer in the room, they were quick to recover it and promise to hold it for me. [Finder's fee available to anyone willing to carry it back to the US northeast (-: ]

Recomiendo 100% este hotel ..el restorán es el mejor de Podgorica en cuanto a calidad y precio insuperable. Platos locales comida montenegrino premium. Atención perfecta .el desayuno es a la carta pero muy bueno y variado la verdad nos encantó ...si regresamos a Podgorica reservaremos en este lugar nuevamente ...el parking es gratis ..
La habitación muy limpia y excelentes sábanas y cama muy cómoda ...
Solo debes pedir que te pongan más toallas en el baño por qué éramos dos adultos una niña y nos dejaban toallas para dos personas tuvimos que insistir ....
Como recomendación deberían poner una botella de agua y vasos en la habitación para el día de llegada como se usa en España y muchos paices ...
Por lo demás de esos dos pequeños detalles ...el hotel su restorán y las personas que atienden son perfectos los dueños están ahí todo el día ...
Si viajas a Podgorica ..quédate en hotel laguna ...

After being made to feel extremely unwelcome on check in (we were initially turned away from our PRE-PAID booking, on checking in late at night, by a man who only spoke Croatian and wrestled with me to try to prise my passport out of my hands - as he wanted to keep it 'overnight' and I wouldn't let him - he was welcome to take a copy but was refusing to), I will never stay here again, and will warn my friends and family not to either. It was only after extended arguing (in our different languages) that he took a photo of the passport and we were given the room key.

To add insult to injury, the water was completely off in the morning (I checked and neighbouring properties were unaffected, but not so much as a single tap working here) and none of the staff seemed to care. We left, without breakfast (I don't know who feels comfortable eating food prepared by a kitchen with no running water, but not me).

It goes without saying that the late check out I was hoping for and the hotel told me to arrange during my check in, didn't happen either. It felt like I was very lucky just to get the bed that I'd paid for. Notably, the mattress was old and saggy.

Never again.
