Barely ok due to the nice bed in the room and the excellent Wi-Fi. The room was very bare: no coffee or thee equipment, no minibar, one glass. The breakfast buffet was just adequate. The staff was not very hospitable. The location is ok, the view of the bay is nice, but the city center is quite a walk on a road with a lot of cars.

Hôte française très agréable et serviable, ainsi que le personnel qui a pu nous aider et nous conseiller parfaitement.

Nous avons eu la suite qui était très bien avec une vue super sur la baie.

En revanche pour le restaurant de l’hôtel une attente de bien 45 minutes alors que nous étions pratiquement seuls est à déplorer. De plus pour notre dernier soir le chef était tout simplement absent et nous n’avons pas pu manger. Un petit déjeuner très succinct est aussi à noter.

Attention l’hôtel n’est accessible que par une route très sinueuse et étroite où le passage de deux voitures à la fois est très délicat!

Çok güzel konuma sahip, kıyıdan Kotor ve Budva'ya yakın,denize sıfır, çok temiz ,kahvaltısı başarılı.Çalisanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımcı.

Only reason that I gave 4 stars is restaurant. Restaurant was servicing low quality food. Weirdly it is not allowed to drink or eat next to pool. Staff was nice and kind, location was perfect. There are few restaurants close to the hotel (200-300m away). By taxi it was 6-7euro to Kotor old town.

Also it can be mentioned that they dont have kettle in room(they never promised but when you stay in a hotel room you really understand it is a must). There is amazing view from the room and we used wake up at 6-7am it could be nice to be able to make our own coffee while looking at amazing view from balcony.

Anyways, the place is amazing that honestly, nothing can make the experience so bad :) location, nature, montenegro is amazing. We paid 330 euro for 4 nights (2adult+kid)-double room, so price was ok (it was middle of september)

Considering all, experience was nice.

Bili smo juce na dorucku. Porucili smo omlet koji smo cekali sat vremena da dodje. Sreca pa nismo porucili nista komplikovanije . Kada je napokon dosao bilo je mizerno gledati u tanjir. Vrlo siromasno spremljeno plus konobar ne zna dobro srpski a i engleski natuca. Jedva nas je razumio sta zelimo da porucimo. I na kraju nam je donjeo prazne omlete bez ikakvih dodataka. Znaci jeli smo samo jaja. Nismo imali zivaca vise da se zalimo i porucujemo novo pa smo pojeli. Usluga i hrana katastrofa kao da nema dovoljno osoblja. Prosto steta zbog takve lokacije da je kvalitet usluge i hrane ovoliko los....

Prcanj, while on a great location with great view to the Lovćen mountains and sea, has a very hard and anxious road to the place. It's very narrow and right next to the sea, drive slowely and patiently.

Perla is great hotel, great rooms and great breakfast. It has a small beach right across the narrow road. Safe for kids and family stays. Maybe a more fit to older people than couples.

The gym is a great plus. But not very maintained. It has dumbells and bench.

Overall experience, great! Close to Kotor old town.

Chambre avec une belle vue si vous êtes côté mer mais c'est tout.
Service de chambre limité: les draps sont tirés et c'est tout.
Le sol était sale et nous avons fini le séjour sans savon car celui ci n'avait pas été remplacé.
Une bouilloire à disposition mais pas de tasse ni même de thé dans la chambre.
Climatisation extrêmement bruyante (sûrement en fin de vie) donc impossible de dormir avec.
Seul point positif, l'emplacement en face de la baie de Kotor, vue vraiment belle. Seul point fort.
Heureusement, une piscine récemment installée était à disposition.
Accès à la baie en traversant la rue mais petite plage de galets/pierres, pas évident pour se baigner sans chaussure.
Petit déjeuner succinct (pas de fruits).
Nous nous attendions à une qualité supérieur pour notre séjour.
2/3 restaurants autour, à distance de marche.

We stayed in a Double Room with Sea View with a balcony but couldn't use the balcony because it was very dirty. The cleaner who was working on the 2 nights we were there only cleaned the inside of the room but not the balcony.

Our room is in Building B, which is the one up the hill. We had a car with us and it wasn’t that bad walking the short distance from the carpark to the building. However, it has no lifts. So, for those with many heavy luggage, this could be burdensome. Parking for guests is free.

Breakfast, to me, was only mediocre with a limited spread. They serve a lot of sweet pastries, which is not very healthy. Natasha at Front Desk speaks excellent English, and was very efficient and informative. Other than her, we did not liaise with other staff.

We wanted to eat at the restaurant one evening, but got put-off by the very loud music they played with many people doing line-dancing, and a DJ shouting instructions. How do you expect your guests to have a nice and quiet dinner with such racket going on?

For the price we had paid for the room (which includes breakfast), we had expected a better room in terms of amenities.

3 nuits exceptionnelles. Acceuil de très grande qualité. Emplacement de l'hôtel idéal au bord de l'eau. Je vous conseille un repas le soir au restaurant de l'hôtel. Merci pour le séjour !!!

Bien positionné sur les Bouches de Kotor pour rayonner. Chambres spacieuses, dommage sans ascenseur, mais manque un évier et des étagères dans la salle de bains. Mettre une bouilloire c'est gentil mais avec des tasses, ce serait mieux. Personnel très sympa, petit déjeuner copieux et le buffet était bon. Beau séjour.

Awesome place to stay in Kotor. The restaurant had good food, and the rooms were very clean. The view was amazing and the front desk attendants were always eager to help. The breakfast was more than adequate, and the location was great! Overall, would stay again, and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay!

Une super expérience, nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cet hôtel très bien entretenu. Toute l'équipe est aux petits soins pour que nous passions un agréable séjour. Animations, livres, jeux en libre accès pour les enfants. Une mention spéciale à Natacha pour ses bonnes adresses :) Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

So the hotel itself is really in a beautiful scenery beside the beach. We asked for a sea view, got it, it was really nice. The stuff is really kind and helpful, even though not all of them speaks english so well. The hotel has two buildings, ‘B’ is behind and upwords from the ‘original’ building (so we had to walk uphill everytime, we were on the 3rd floor - no lifts). The room were kind of tidy. The air conditioner is right in front of the bed, really inconvenient and there is no mosquito net on the windows at all. In the hallways it is usually smelly, just like when you walk past the restaurant on the service way (and I am not talking about smell from the cooking..). At night cockroaches come out in the room. You can see a pool in the garden, which is out of use. The restaurant has a great view as well. Breakfast (which comes with the room if you pay for it) has a little variety to choose from. At the restaurant I advise to avoid ordering sushi at any means, it was horrible and really far from sushi. The seafood was good. The beach in front of the hotel is nice, has a great scenery, the water is usually really cold and is filled with seaweed basically everywhere (in the whole Kotor bay as well). There is a bike and kayak rental too beside the hotel, which is cool, but make sure you rent it ahead of time because people tend to come in big groups for the equipment and they do not have much of it.
All in all it would be a beautiful place to stay if they would take just some little more energy and budget to make it all great for the guests.

Лежала голая в кровати. Какой-то мужик (видимо рабочий) открыл своими ключами дверь и зашёл без стука.
Не прошло и 10 минут, настойчиво стали звонить в дверь и с инструментами пытались зайти. Слава богу я уже оделась. Короче, если вы любитель , что бы к вам заходили без предупреждения-вам сюда.
Хорошо, что мы с моим мужчиной любовью в этот момент не занимались.

The view is very good.

Getting to the location is not very convenient.

The hotel consists of two buildings. We stayed in the building on the hill at the back, which they do not say at the time of booking.

I can't say that the rooms are well maintained. Service is generally very slow.

During the four days of my stay, I saw that the breakfast foods were finished by early guests.

Overrated place. I would not choose this place again.

Très bon hotel tenue par une française.
Service réception et services extérieures impeccable. Excellent restaurant. Quelques bevues dans le service de chambre, sûrement sous traité !
Seul bémol de taille.... Musique d'ambiance omniprésente difficile à faire réduire.
Ce point gâche un peu l'impression générale plutôt très positive.

Prima hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Diner was zeer goed. De kok is net als de overige bediening zeer betrokken. Parkeren achter het hotel. Uitkijken over het water.
