NATE'N AL DELICATESSEN & RESTAURANT

My husband and I have been going to Nate&Al's since the 70's. We went there last week for an Anniversary breakfast to start our day. I ordered eggs&onions which have always been fabulous there! I told the waiter I wanted the onions cooked well but not the eggs. What I got were eggs with "burnt" onions and I mean "burnt" and the eggs were as hard as a hockey puck! The bagel was half toasted and the tomatoes were totally not ripe and had absolutely no flavor! We didn't want to spoil our day so I called them to tell them what happened a few days later. One of the managers told me she would have the owner, Shelly call me. She never did! I called again and spoke to another manager and again repeated my story because I wanted to know if they had gotten a new cook and that is why this happened. She said the cook was the same but offered nothing but an apology! Now I can't trust that it won't happen again and since the owner didn't have the decency to return my phone call that pretty much seals the deal!

Very good food and snacks, relaxing outside watching the world go by, the staff where kind and gsvd sn mzing service. And location is very good for shoppers with deep pockets, lol

Love the food here. Authentic Jewish deli. I felt like I was on the set of Entrouge. Lol.

Tuna sandwich & coffee are perfect. Great service by waitress.

We wanted to experience an authentic pastrami sandwich and this place did not disappoint. Highly recommend this restaurant.
