MOMENT HOTEL

Small hotel in West Hollywood, but I was not disappointed! The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating! Although the rooftop deck was technically closed, they let us go up there with our friends to enjoy the breakfast we had picked up. I wouldn't mind using this hotel again on a future trip.

Excellent experience. Rooms are clean, staff friendly, prices fair, and all at an excellent location.

The hotel was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located. I travel to Los Angeles frequently and I love staying at this hotel. I would recommend to anyone.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for service is because of 1 person, the rest are ALWAYS nice and kind and helpful. Their beds and pillows are amazing. 24/7 access to a Balcony is a major plus, and it has comfy couches with Sunset Blvd view ???????? BEST hotel for the price and location. I wanted to keep this to myself in case they realize they could charge alot more but now that I won't be going back because apparently check out and late check out times change according to the mood of 1 petty, passive aggressive person, im gonna go ahead and give an honest review???? Vivienne is the nicest coolest person ever, u better hope she's the one to check you in ???? my whole life people become mean and rude the more often i see them even though I am always kind and respectful, and Vivienne always made my day with her steadfast energy???????? also the night shift guy, forgot his name but literally this hotel is unmatched. HIGHLY recommend ???? it sits dead in between sunset strip and the Hollywood walk of fame. Amazing restaurants walking distance, lots of variety in the room styles. Every room has dimming lights which is amazing for someone with epilepsy, also has an automated shade that will black out the room OR let in lots of natural light. 9.9/10 ????????
