My suggestion to the operators of this hotel is to gut it and start over.
The rooms and scenery of the site does
not match the photos that appears online.
This place is a scam.
During my stay I found a huge cockroach in my room & also was misinformed by 3 parking employees that as long as I didn’t have my car parked on site from 6am-10pm that I will not be charged $49 as long as I am a guest because after 10pm one of the employees check every car parked and mark what cars are parked there after that time. So I will am able to come and go during the day.
I only parked overnight the first day out of 4 nights and was charged $291.10 on my account and the calculations still does not not add up.
There’s was no issues or damages on the property on my behalf.
I called the front desk and I spoke to someone named Hannock he was extremely disrespectful & rude & he told me directly as stated “I am looking for an excuse not to pay for parking because that employee has been here over 10 years and would not say that”.
When in fact the parking employees misinformed me.
I did not receive any help or assistance with this matter & I found street parking for absolutely no reason because I still was charged and I didn’t even park there.
Gorgeous setting inside and outside. First class service.
Despite the run down rooms with a terrible smell, and almost every single outlet not working in the room, the hotel staff is anything but pleasant. I left an extremely valuable item of mine in the hotel and realized the next day. As I called them in panic, they did absolutely nothing to help me out. In the most unapologetic tone, they took a message down and I never heard back from anyone. I called the hotel over and over and they simply told me "the maid never saw it" even though they claim their rooms are cleaned thoroughly and inspected by a manager before being rented out to another customer. This is not an item I lost or misplaced. I knew exactly where it was and the drawer I placed it in. At the least they could have acted like they were concerned for my huge loss (valued at 10k) and acted professional enough to take the appropriate steps to attempt to locate my item. I would never trust this hotel again or stay there due to their terrible customer service and lack of empathy.

Walls were very thin so it’s very easy to hear the people upstairs walking around; can also easily hear your next door neighbors.

Valet services and drivers were very friendly and quick to respond
The premises were well kept and aesthetically pleasing overall.
The size of the room was pretty spacious and I did enjoy the outdoor patio with the view.
Secondly, there was NO hot water; it was luke warm at best. I chose not to complain as it wasn't discovered until the next morning when I showered and I weighed out whether it was worth switching rooms for just one more evening. I decided to report this upon checkout. When I did report it, it was met with a very apathetic response... "I'm sorry about that". Period end of story. I reiterated my concern stating to please be certain to address this as I do not want another guest to experience this problem. Again, it was met with a lack luster, unreassuring response.
I personally, would not choose to stay at this hotel again. It lacks heart and soul.
Hotel rooms are dated and smelly. Hot water takes a long time to coming out. You can really control the air flow on the AC at all my room was hot. I asked for a fan and they told me they didnt have one. They could have gone a buy one for the price you pay for this rooms.
On my first day, after a long work day, I returned to my room to find out it was not serviced. When I called the front desk to have some come up and at least bring water and fresh towels, I was questioned if I have left the DNT sign on the door. When in fact it was not. You can hear ppl walking in the rooms on top of you and my room was close to the valet area, where I was hearing cars and ppl until late at night and early in the morning.
Food at the restaurant is subpar at best. First night I ordered their burger medium. I got my burger well done, dry and unseasoned. Second night I ordered a simple chicken caesar salad and it was soggy and unappealing. In both nights there was no one at the hostes station and only one server. I also learned that they don't really have an executive chef and the line cooks are the one making the meals and every night is someone different than the day before.
The entertainment system in the rooms is a joke. TV is small a the TV interactions is awful. The software use is old and the tv remote looks like brick from 20 yrs ago. Not to mention that there were many channels that you will get a no signal msg. Lastly, the corridor door towards the rooms was kept open 24 hrs when it should have been close for security.
I found out that the hotel have gone though several GM's in a short period of time. This tells me that owners are not invested in providing good service and product.
I will definitely will not be staying at this property ever again and I will not recommend it to any one.
This hotel needs a lot of TLC, and need to hire more staff.
