It's a shame they let DJ Soulfire go. She was the last best thing there. I heard management mistreated her in the end. I don't trust nor will I give any of my money to an establishment that does not respect its employees.

Spent the evening in Laguna Beach and wanted to go to a nice dinner with my friends. We decided to go to Hotel Laguna and it did not disappoint. Our server was very kind and attentive. She knew the menu well and informed us of the specials.

For appetizers we ordered the bread and Ahi nachos. The nachos were amazing and had a great flavor combination. For my main course I ordered the Tomahawk steak, which was the special that night. It was served with Brussel Sprouts, carrots, and mashed potatoes. The steak was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. I finished the whole thing because I couldn’t stop eating. For dessert I ordered the 3 layer chocolate cake and it was phenomenal.

Overall Hotel Laguna was amazing. The atmosphere was beautiful filled with amazing energy. Our view of the sunset over the ocean while we were dining is one I’ll never forget.

I met the manager Ruth and she was awesome. She made our experience even better with her hospitality. I will definitely be visiting and dining her again!

There's a bunch of lowlife degenerates working in the restaurant. Super rude low IQ twits. If you don't like your job then quit. Stop taking it out on customers. I watched and heard other customers around us complaining about how they were being treated. I wasn't surprised to go into the reviews here and see a bunch of people with the same exact complaints. Management needs to fix this!

It’s great that they have valet because the parking around Laguna Beach is horrible. It’s $10 with validation at the restaurant.

They have photos of the old hotel and scenes from yesteryears.

Message to Chad: Azaya was incredibly rude. I will never return to this place again. He made the reservation for the bar area to invite his friends. WE DO NOT HAVE ANY RESERVATION FOR THE BAR AREA. 0 star to him.

Good service

The restaurant has the most spectacular view. The food was good. The service was Ok. But the view makes it worth it.

We were here for brunch.

Of course location is amazing!

However, for some reason, our waiter was the slowest possible. I don't think it was the busiest time as there were many many empty tables.

But our waiter not only got our order wrong, took forever to come with the requested menu....and took forever to come with our drinks....

That was a bummer

I did not stay on the property. I attended an event on premises and the staff and service were excellent. It is on the water and the sunsets are a sight made for postcards.
It is in the heart of Laguna Beach and easy access to everything.

First Thursday's Art Walk: 3 Artists including Patsee Ober in the garden.

Beer glass got smaller !!!!
And 4% charge for kitchen!!! Then charge me tax. That’s so ridiculous. They are stealing money from people.

What a beautiful location, food, drinks and service!

Overpriced and not very good.

Had lunch here, food and drink choice was very very good, staff excellent. The art in hotel and area around it was worth the visit alone. Love this place.xx

Worst experience. I would not recommend stepping foot into this place. - The seemingly nice hotel on the surface is filled with poor management and poor quality services/rooms.

The bar is a bit of a scene but not much fun!

Fantastic location and right on the beach, service incredible.

WOW, what a view off of the deck. Breakfast lunch and dinner will make no difference, the view is absolutely spectacular. Food is excellent services excellent a bit pricey but the ambience is worth it.

We went to Larsens to eat. The good and drinks are very nice.

Ate in restaurant only.
