Checked in and requested room on back side. The lady that checked me in was very friendly and I was given a room on the back side. Room is large and well kept! IT WAS SUPER CLEAN!! A/C worked great tv great wifi great. Decided to stay an extra day to prepare for long drive. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and very helpful! I will stay here again!!

I gave this place one star because it met my minimum standard for cleanliness. And as a plus the fridge worked, and the A/C kept it cool with minimal noise. What was amazing was I had never been in a motel before where the table, floor and bed all vibrated from the drone of semi’s parked across the street!
If you need truck or truck/trailer parking, or need to be near Pilot, then this is the place; otherwise don’t bother unless you’re desperate.

It's a room for the night, and remember your right across the street from a truckstop, there will be some noise.

Woke up a few hours after checking in with my hand itching turned the lights on and BEDBUGS!!!! All over my pillow and sheets! I only stopped because my daughter was sick and thought this place looked decent enough. When going to the front desk to request a refund I was met with skepticism and attitude, like I was trying to lie, told me to come back with pictures of the bed bugs in my bed! So I took pictures and came back, pictures for everyone. Room 212 3/17/2024

Terrible and will never go back.

Disliked · The location was very loud and you can hear semi truck noises all night as it is right next to a truck stop.
Room was not clean, switches were sticky.
Bathroom was a disaster. When taking a shower it backed up and you were standing in your own bath water. I also slipped and injured myself due to this backflow. Huge bruises all over my body from falling.
Staff was very unprofessional. If you are expecting a secure location they don't take it seriously. My card stopped working and I went to get it renewed but they didn't even check who I was before renewing the card to get into my room. I felt very unsafe at this location.
The smell of cigarette smoke filled the room whenever you turned on the bathroom vent. Disguising.
Upon checking out I was supposed to get a refund of my deposit on the room but no one was there to give me my deposit back. I put my card in the window and left.
