HIGHLY RECOMMEND
We stayed here for 4 nights. Absolutely fantastic hosts, breakfasts, location and accommodations. Beautiful home, comfortable spacious areas to hang out with everything and more than you could hope for from a world class 5 diamond ???????????????????? bed and breakfast. Hands down, no question, this is the place. We look forward to our return.

The most adorable bed and breakfast, and the owner Janice is so sweet. We stayed in the Blue Room. The view from the very large balcony is so peaceful, the bathroom and bedroom were generously sized for the nightly cost, and beautifully decorated. The room had every amenity to be comfortable, an extra fan, several different blankets and pillows, coffee pot and a robe!

Janice is a wonderful cook, breakfast was freshly cooked every morning and lovely. She also provided lots of resources about things to do in the area. A home away from home and in a beautiful neighborhood.

Janice was a wonderful host! We stayed in the Escape Room (not THAT kind of escape room) on the ground floor. Loved having a coffee pot in the room as well as a delicious breakfast in the morning.

We stayed two nights at the Stockade B&B in the Rex Room. What a beautiful house! Janice was lovely - she went out of her way to be helpful, advising on the area and also the best places to see in New Orleans. The room was just lovely. Very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom could do with a little update, but nothing that put us off! Powerful shower which was great. We would highly recommend this B&B. Thanks Janice ????

I was lucky enough to have my wedding here. Janice, the owner, was extremely accommodating of our cultural requests (my husband is Persian, so we included the table--a sofreh aghd--in our ceremony) and absolutely made the wedding a dream come true. She was absolutely incredible throughout. My friends and family occupied each of the rooms, so we had the venue to ourselves throughout. This allowed my sister and cousin's children to go to sleep when they were ready while they continued to enjoy the evening with their baby monitors on. Definitely provided excellent peace of mind.

We stayed for three nights, and the breakfast was delicious every morning. Absolutely wonderful.

Had a great, refreshing date night. We didn't have lots of time to travel, but The Stockade is tucked away and feels far from busy Baton Rouge. The room was spacious and comfortable and all the special requests were ready for our arrival. AND... I probably should mention that breakfast was delicious.

The Stockade is a destination on its own! Charming, lovely setting, with beautifully furnished and comfortable rooms. Janice's Southern breakfasts are splendid! Friendly, super kind staff. I felt right at home.

Finally made it to The Stockade and LOVED everything about our stay. Ms. Janice’s home is so welcoming and almost feels like you’re visiting with a family member. Since it was my birthday we opted for the romance package—totally worth it! Flowers were beautiful, charcuterie perfect for afternoon snacking, and breakfast in bed was so flavorful!!! Making excuses to visit Baton Rouge so that we can stay again.
