Very Nice. The rooms are excellent.
The batteries in my room door-lock died. They maintenance guy was outstanding. Immediately fixed the problem.
I was leaving for a dinner and took a Lift. The same maintenance guy was in the lobby. I was concerned about a return Lift ride since it was on the edge of town. He said if I had a problem to call the Hotel and they would get me back, at the least he said they could get me a cab.
The food was very, very good. The person behind the counter was efficient and suggested I modify my order to save a few dollars.

On the Marriott app, this hotel was listed as a Marriott, not a Courtyard Marriott. I definitely would have made a different selection. We stayed here as we were visiting friends in a near by town. Check in was easy. For the most part, the front desk staff were helpful, especially Latoria (I think that is her name). Give her a raise because she made sure our stay was pleasant. Now, this hotel is old, dated, dark, and dingy. No matter how much they clean, you can’t clean old stuff. The shower floor in all 3 rooms looked like the picture below. The lighting is dim. Even the brightness on the tv was dim. First room there was no hot water. Reported this to Ms. Latoria and she took care of it. It couldn’t be fixed so she moved us. Great! Second room, the toilet wouldn’t flush completely. My husband went to the front desk to report. The lady at the front (evening shift lady) desk said she would send maintenance up. An hour goes by. I go down to the front desk and tell her my husband came down and maintenance did not come to our room. She said the maintenance person knocked on the door and the “woman” who answered said the toilet was working fine. Instead of waiting (it was around 10 pm) I asked to move to another room. After clicking her keyboard for about 3 minutes, she told me there were no rooms available. I told her “I am not staying in a room with a broken toilet so you are going to need to figure something out.” She clicks on the keyboard again, stomps off, comes back, and gives me keys to another king bed room, just a little smaller. The last night of our stay, the AC went out. I went to troubleshoot it. The AC unit said to use the wall thermostat. There was no wall thermostat. At check out, I told Latoria what happened and she apologized and gave us some points for our inconvenience. We do plan to visit our friends again. We will not stay here again.

Good hotel. The rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. Bob from the front desk was very hospitable. Check-in went smooth, and he was able to assist, in a very kind way, when I had a small issue with the room.
Housekeeping came by once (in 5 days) just to pick up trash.
You can tell the whole hotel has been brought up to date, but there are still plenty of signs that it was an old hotel.
In the area around there are plenty of good restaurants. I definitely recommend Zorbas

Rooms and shuttle were dated, but the staff were great.

Hallways were pretty humid and warm but the AC unit in my room could have chilled an entire house!
Best thing at this hotel was the personnel. Everyone was polite and professional.
My taxi to the airport was over 20 minutes late and uber was not an option (had a 20+minute wait posted). The airport shuttle did not run early enough for my flight but an employee, Wanda, noticed my (probably very apparent) distress as I continued to wait curbside. She was just arriving for her shift.
Without hesitation she offered to drive me to the airport in the shuttle and whisked me right over.
In a world where so much is impersonal that personal assistance meant so much!

Great Service, The room was clean. The food an coffee was fresh an hot just the way I like it. The Gym Equipment all worked. This location has a in ground in door Pool an Jaquzzi!

My room was really nice kind if annoyed the TV would randomly dim really low not sure why. The staff were some of the sweetest people ever and made the stay feel close to home.

The girl in the kitchen was very rude, she didn't smile & slad the door. The bartender was awesome, very polite and the lady at the front desk were nice as well on Friday Dec 1st..

Very expensive meals inside at the bar, no breakfast in morning. Can cost $20 for a burrito. Rooms nice

I went down to the pool area and discovered there was only one towel, but seeing as I was alone I figured it wouldn’t be a big deal. I specifically had gone to use the spa/jacuzzi to help with some pain I was having. The temperature was probably in the 70’s. I got out to use the phone to call the front desk, but it was not hooked up. I called from my cell phone and asked if anyone could check the thermostat. I was told there was nobody on staff that could do that. No apology. I let them know there was only one towel, and asked if they would bring some extras. I was told yes, but they did not. Another couple arrived and realized there were no towels, and I let them know I had just called for them, but they never brought them. I decided to leave and when I went to the front desk to let them know they had guests in the pool and no towels. The front desk attendant asked me how many towels I suggested he take in… I think the idea is to make sure you have everything stocked and prepared for guests to use the amenities. There was a woman’s perfume left in my room from the previous guest. I was realized I had lost my headphones, and called to see if they had been found. They said they would need someone to check. I said great, I’ll be back in ten minutes. Instead of checking, I had to ask them to check again when I arrived back at the hotel. I realize these are all “first world problems” but if you’re looking for a good hotel experience this is likely not where you will find it. Ironically, I was staying for a conference on customer experience/service.
Room was surprisingly dark! Much appreciated. Not lit up by a dozen disruptive, indicator lights like many hotel rooms.
Very noisy, disruptive guest in the next room. A call to the front desk after midnight requesting help getting guest to quiet down, was completely ineffective. Nothing happened and the noisy behavior continued until nearly 2 am.
