Terrible experience! I felt like I was sleeping with a spring in the middle of my back all night. Then next morning went to take a shower NO HOT WATER!!!! Did not even have any at the sink!! Told the person when I check-out never said I am sorry about that or gave a discount or anything. He acted as if We lied. Thank goodness I brought a hat to put on my head… Will not go there again. Don’t look for free coffee like others, you can get in the morning only.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, and free parking. It was easy enough to get in and out of, which is appreciated. It's also very conveniently located near both the Cajundome and Adopted Dog Brewery, which I recommend.

This was the host hotel for our group. We didn't have any issues, but some in our group did. Most problems were resolved. Didn't eat there because the breakfast buffet was too expensive, $15/ person and our tour group had lunches covered and I didn't need that much breakfast.

Requested a callback from the hotel directly to make reservations was called back and made the reservation for a room that included a jetted jacuzzi tub. I was very specific in my search thing such a room and was told and reassured multiple times that I was booking such a room here. LIES. They don’t even have jetted jacuzzi tubs at this property. We arrive and discover we were completely misled and lied to. The room had torn curtains and flat pillows. I could have use booked the cheapest room available since they don’t actually have any differences when you upgrade! Dying checkout we were ignored by the receptionist playing on her phone as my husband turned his key in.

It's a great hotel in a not so good neighborhood. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly, except the desk clerk who only pointed and didnt speak when I asked for a glass for my room. I guess talking costs extra.

Hotel is mostly unremarkable, good staff good rooms good service. It's a hotel.

THE BAR however is where it's at and by IT I mean Kamryn. What an absolute phenomenal bar tender. Snappy service, good conversation, and just a real rad gal. If you're staying here you have GOT to come hang out with Kamryn. Kamryn made me the best old fashioned ive ever had anywhere 10/10. Actually it was the guy next to me, but he said that and I mean it was Kamryn so I know it's true. Also if you gift Kamryn pineapple wedges she might be nice to you

We have stayed in this hotel various times and no issues any time, however, you all need to update have your website updated. You still advertise as having an indoor pool, and you haven't had one for several years.

Convenient location, everything seemed clean enough, didn’t have any dealings with the service side of it.
My complaints are that the ac shut off in the middle of night and I like the ambient noise of the fan staying on, they have the motion sensors here.
That and the pillows here are useless, used two for just my head and woke up with a sore back because the pillows have next to no filling. Woke up sleeping on just my arm, and that’s with two pillows, unacceptable.

BLUF: I stayed at this hotel for last night with my pet and the experience was fantastic. I highly recommend it and is now my #1 choice in the future. More detailed review below.

Service:
The woman at the front desk was incredibly professional, pleasant to interact with, and answered all of the questions I had.

Rooms:
The hotel and room was clean, no issues.
The bed and pillows are comfortable enough for a side sleeper (a big deal for those of you who commonly wake up with back pain when staying at a hotel.)

Location: I didn’t stay long enough to explore the location, but there are gas stations and, most importantly, a Raising Canes a few minutes away from the hotel. I didn’t experience any safety issues both in and outside of the hotel.

Had a 3 night stay scheduled but left after one night. Hotel had an event scheduled with hundreds of people attending. At around 7:30 in the morning the hallway outside of my room had 30 to 40 people being extremely loud. You could not walk to the lobby so you has to go out the side exit to walk back in. Once inside you could not sit in the eating area because the job fair attendees were taking up all the chairs. They used all the coffee cups as well. Could not get out of the parking lot because they were actually parking in the road way in front of the parked cars. Called the front office and they said “well sometimes we hold events”….at their guests expense. I tried to go back inside and the kitchen staff had to take me through the kitchen, you could not get to my room any other way. I ended up having to call customer service and they sent me to a new hotel.
