Nice, decently quiet park, aside from the trains which weren't a big issue for us. we enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely be back if we're ever in the area again.

Easy in easy out, dirt,rock sites. HUGE shower/restrooms really clean. Definitely would stay again even with having to level our camper. Hostess was very nice and accommodating. Mostly 30amps so call early to get a 50amp

Everything is very nice but the train horns in the middle of the night. Other wise a great place to stay

Nice campground for an overnight stay. Sites reasonably level, I didn't use the facilities so I can't speak to them. The only reason for a four star is close to railroad tracks so hear the trains go by. I would recommend.

This is one of the worst over rated RV parks around . They are way over priced for the type of park in the area for the working person looking to stay in an RV. The staff is rude and in considerate They will not take American cash on your card so they can keep it on file! The noise from the people staying is bad with a lot of the drinking and partying all night. Trains blowing the horns all night at the crossing across the street on top of that. A lot better parks on south of Leesville with a lot better prices and nicer staff. I would avoid this park for sure!

Shady Lake RV Park is a wonderful place to stay at. Very friendly people throughout the whole park, including great staff/ownership. The scenery is also a great advantage to staying here.

I’ve been here for four years!! And they have been the best to me and my family even the new owners especially Cheyenne, I’m sad to leave but I am very grateful for them and everything and the other ppl who live there! :)) plus! there’s amazing service and great land. -Brooke stabler

Amazing place to to stay at! The land is so beautiful, and it’s also a very quiet and peaceful area. I’m super happy about the change in ownership. The new owner is very friendly, and goes above and beyond to keep the area nice. I definitely recommend anyone staying at Shady Lake Rv Park if you need a nice, quiet place to relax at.

We always enjoy our stay here. The Park Mgr is very friendly and accommodating. It's a quiet park & our grandkids enjoy fishing the lake.

Highly recommend against doing any type of business with Shady lake RV Park. The park is very dirty, the lake looks like a sewage pond, the grass is about knee high. And worst of all the staff is very rude and unprofessional.

Very friendly staff! Small but quiet campground! Love the sites have a wooden deck by each. Laundry & restroom/showers were clean! Will definitely be back!

It's a cute little rv park. Very quiet. Cheyenne was so helpful and so awesome. Would definitely cone back if we are back in this area.

We love Shady Lake RV!! Beautiful, relaxing environment. My dog loves walking the park, everyone is so friendly, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is wonderful!! Having a washer & drier on site is such a big relief. 10/10 recommend this park!
