施設は自然の中にあってチルな時間を過ごせました！夕日が最高に綺麗でした！

Good place to relax and refresh.

This was by far the worst experience i ever had with a local agency, i only can say The Old Bridge should immediately stop playing with people safety, please never book a tour with them as long as you don’t want to risk your life!! We were a group of travellers and book our 6 days safari a lot in advance, is impossible to list all the bad things were happening but let’s start with some episodes: the owner didn’t give us any information about the pick up time so we had to wait hours at the hotel while wasn’t answering at the phone then showed up at noon and making us miss half safari day. We found out he was managing everything last minute and because of this, we had many troubles during the trip. One of the cars he provided was having mechanical issues and we got stucked several times being forced to push it to make it move, i let you imagine how does it feel/how safe it is to push a car in a place where lions are just next to the corner! We were having no permit to access Savuti park until the night before and they didn’t provide enough fuel so we had to wait half day for a person to bring it, loosing another day of safari. We also found out we were totally disconnected with no possibility to ask for help or assistance in case something bad would have happened, no walkie talkie or phone provided to the guides. This is just a part of this awful experience and hope this review will help some people to avoid to be scammed, please don’t book with Martin if you’re carying about your safety!!

Do not go on tour organized by the con man who owns "The Old Bridge Tours and Safaris". We were a group of 11 people who had booked a 6 days safari, nobody arrived at the time the safari was supposed to start, after numerous phone calls and hours of waiting, 2 local guides stepped in to manage the tour. They had to use the vehicles of Old Bridge Tours and Safaris which were clearly unsuited for such a journey. The vehicles broke down several times, not 4 wheeldrive and generally in a very poor condition - this means we were all standing outside the vehicles, sometimes for an hour at time, we felt unsafe, on top of that losing our precious safari time.
I strongly recommend never to book with this company. I wish the police in Maun will do something to stop this guy soon.
