THE OBEROI BEACH RESORT

Stunning hotel! Perfect in every way. The service, the people, the food, the rooms, the pool. All absolutely amazing!

It was alll the little touches. For example, I left my phone charger out one day. The room service not only neatly wound the cable, but they put on a velcro strap too! I mean, if that is not attention to detail I don't know what is. They also remembered our names, room, and drinks preferences. Brilliant.

We both had a spa treatment which again was amazing. I simply couldn't fault a single thing.

Gym was excellent, tennis court great, kayaking brilliant.

I'll say it again, simply amazing. Probably the best hotel experience I have ever had. Thank you Oberoi Mauritius!

The hotel is amazing however the location is bit far away from most of the activities but its a cozy homy hotel .. the pool room is very private and its really superb and most of the employees are friendly . Am bit disappointed for the below reasons:
1. When i asked about the activities they didn’t explain well , most of the activities needs a reservation which i didn’t know and they have a lack of information i asked about the helicopter and they said its far away but I found out the location is 15 min away .
2. I liked the idea that they do care about the cleaning of the trees and the whole process but sometimes the sound was really annoying especially in early morning while i was having my BF.
3. When I checked out i found out that they charged me for the beverages although i every-time before having my meal i asked what is included in the half board package i already discussed the issue with the manager in my last day but he showed anger and not satisfied and its not my mistake even though i signed and i did not read but i already asked and its not my fault the waiters spouse to know
4. Because of the incident happened “ number 3” they did not farewell us properly we where waiting for our driver and family left before the whole management team came to say good bye for the family and left us waiting without even say goodbye which makes me feel bad .
5. One day i was in my room pool i started coughing because the staff were Spraying insecticides near to my villa without giving an announcement i escalated the issue and the manager spouse to come and check but he sent his assistance.

Amazing service from the warm smile to the very end. The facilities and the view is top class. I had the best lobster in the country with the best sauce. The staff is very friendly and especial thanks to Abhay, Indronit, Lovanya and Diksha who took extra care of us for dinner even the management team is very approachable and easy to deal with.
Would highly recommend!!! Definitely top class resort in Mru which makes us all proud. Thank you for your impeccable service and hospitality ????

It was a wonderful journey for the palate that added a touch of elegance and indulgence to my stay.

Equally exceptional was the rum tasting hosted by Amal. His knowledge of rum was impressive, and his ability to explain the nuances of each blend made the session captivating. Amal brought the history and craftsmanship behind each rum to life, turning what could have been a simple tasting into an immersive and delightful experience. I left with a newfound appreciation for the spirit and its rich flavors.

Of course, I must also mention the incredible Chef Deepak, whose culinary creations were beyond compare. Every dish was a work of art, and the flavors were nothing short of sublime. And a special thanks to Visnesh for his impeccable housekeeping and attention to detail, which kept my room spotless and inviting every day. Mevin, with his ever-present smile and willingness to help with anything I needed, also made my stay that much more enjoyable.
