When we checked in we were served a yummy refreshing beverage with some cool towels.
They checked us in and after we asked to change rooms due to location despite the room being fully booked we were given another within an hour (i forget the managers name but THANK YOU)
They were so attentive and remembered us daily.
A few shout outs (i'm sorry for the other names i forgot to write down)
Booshran (funny as hell, gave us prosecco in the room and other fancy bits), ashkay supervisor (hilarious and made our holiday - too too funny), nivesh, mootia, chris, avishek, chef ally and chef vellen (sorry if spelt wrong), rai (thanks for your delicious cocktails).
There were sooooo many others - the bartenders on O beach and O bar - we had a great time.
The room is spacious the food is yummy (go to riviera for monster size d portions). We had a pool view so could watch shows when we couldn't be bothered to go to the main reception.
The entertainment was varied and fun - I even got up to dance.
We had fun in the nightclub even though it wasn't full.
We made so many friends with guests :)
Upon checkout we had a departure room to shower and get sexy for the flight which we appreciated. They even collected our suitcase on checkout ASAP (I don't remember having that service before).
The beach was lovely even the reps and guys in the beach hut were lovely.
We drank and ate soooo much i've probably gained 3000 kilos so back to eating lettuce and air now :D

The hotel had many different restaurants serving food from different cultures. The quality of the restaurants varied, but everywhere the food was good. We received a wonderful candlelight dinner at the Ō Beach restaurant as a honeymoon gift. The food there was delicious and the place on the beach was romantic.
On the last night we went to a floating restaurant called Riviera. It was located by the river. Luckily we saved this for the last night. The place was incredible. This crowned our whole trip. The restaurant was really romantic and beautiful. Our waiter named Brandon (who by the way was working his first night alone at Riviera) took extremely good care of us. He made sure our night was memorable. The food in the restaurant was heavenly good. My husband tasted lobster for the first time. It was a great experience. All the flavors were in harmony. The food was also aesthetically beautiful. Special thanks to Chef Ally for this. Riviera was in our opinion the best restaurant in the hotel.
The hotel also had a wonderful spa. First we went to steam and sauna. After that we went for a couples massage. It was relaxing and the masseurs were lovely. The service was excellent and the atmosphere in the spa was peaceful.
We spent a lot of time at the hotel pool.
We would like to especially thank the two gentlemen called Yes and Mo. They took special care of us whenever we spent time at the pool. They always made sure we had everything we needed. They were extremely helpful, polite and funny. We had a great time with them.
Thanks to them, we had a memorable vacation and could have stayed much longer.
I hope the feedback is passed on especially to these people who were involved in making our vacation perfect. Hope to see you again. We can warmly recommend this hotel for vacation and especially for a honeymoon.
