La famille Maradiva se joint à moi pour vous remercier d’avoir consacrer votre temps précieux pour nous faire part de vos commentaires sur notre platforme Trip Advisor et Google.
Je suis vraiment désolée de lire l’évaluation de notre hôtel, plus précisément les chambres, le service et la location que vous avez rédigée par rapport à la white party que nous organisons une fois l'année au Maradiva Villas Resort and Spa malgres le fait que vous ne résidez pas chez nous.
Par-dessus tout , nos clients peuvent confirmer que Le Maradiva Villas Resort and Spa est reconnu pour la tranquillité que nous offrons à notre clientèle.
D'ailleurs, seriez t'il possible qu'on se rencontre avant votre depart pour rectifier ce genre de désagrément car nous sommes pas seulement soucieux de proposer en permanence le meilleur service possible à nos clients mais aussi à tous ceux qui viennent en vacances à l’île Maurice.

Every request that you might have, done. Nothing is a problem for them. They have the most qualified staff I have ever seen. I envy their professionalism.
Animals all around: the orange fishes at the reception, the rabbits at night, the fruit bats flying around, the lizard in our villa. Beautiful.

⁃ First of all we want to thank Mrs. Shanenaz, she’s doing such a great job at housekeeping. She’s always smiling, kind and tries to help with everything. We really appreciated her outstanding work and also her personality. We hope that the Managers of Maradiva also reward and honor what she’s doing day by day.
⁃ Service staff was always friendly and tried to fulfill every request, especially Mrs. Sharonne. She’s such a kind person and always in a good mood.
⁃ Big rooms / Villas
⁃ Air conditioning in the bedroom is very noisy (if you put it in „sleep mode“ it’s not cooling enough even if the room was cooled down before)
⁃ Food is good quality and tastes great but some dishes (only few) are overcharged and not worth the full price
⁃ Every Sunday there’s a buffet with local specialties and food, that’s a really great experience
⁃ Sparkling water is also very overcharged (I understand that San Benedetto water in a glass bottle from Italy may cost more than other but if you get sparkling water of the brand „Crystal“ in a plastic bottle (!!!) which is even bottled in Mauritius and it still costs more than 5€ it’s not understandable)
⁃ Spa treatments are great, the staff there is very friendly. It’s always a relaxing experience to visit the spa. You can use the hot tubs whenever you want, what’s a very nice addition
⁃ Fitness centre is very clean, the available machines are okay, you’ll get fresh fruits, water and towels
⁃ Beach service is good but staff is sometimes rarely available/visible. But if you order daily, they’ll remember you and you’ll get a great service.
⁃ Weather was always great (even it was very windy sometimes) - we visited the hotel in November
⁃ The wooden floor in the bedroom is very noisy if you walk on it (even woke me up from deep sleep when my partner got up before me)
⁃ Wifi was even available at the beach
⁃ Motor boats are using the channel directly in front of the hotel the whole day which can be very noisy sometimes and you’ll always have to look after them when swimming ( they’re driving approximately 10-15 meters in front of the beach)
⁃ You have an amount of only 1800 Mauritian Rupees of credit per person. If you achieved it you have to pay your bill at the reception or you could pay an amount of money in advance at the beginning so you don’t have to pay any other day. Or you can pay everything instantly when you order.
⁃ Unfortunately there were ants everywhere around the sinks and on the walls in the bathroom and in the wardrobe (even got 1 in the bed), even the housekeeping did a great job … it was always nice and clean.
⁃ Restaurant Teppan: good food but the live cooking was just for main course and the worst: every couple received their main course at same time, just not we. We had to eat at different times, that’s senseless if you go for dinner as couple. In the end it was stressful because obviously there’s a second reservation at 9 pm (which nobody told us) so they all hurried up and already cleaned up for the next guests as we still had dessert. Doesn’t feel very welcoming.
