Cool place close to the CBD. Lots of parkikg. I attended journalist awards there and we enjoyed the place . If you go there please order the spinach meal????????. Ummm I loved it.

I've been at Miti houses for a graduation ceremony. It's quite a nice place for ceremonies. Staff is so professional. Keep it up

I will not even give Cresta Lodge one star, my colleague and I stayed over the first week of September 2023, we were forced to cancel breakfast after paying, Cresta agreed to refund but still up to date no refund, every time i forward a mail Cresta say sorry we will make the payment but nothing happens. Very bad service i will never book and stay at Cresta again and I will refer no one to Cresta lodge ever!!!!!!

From this morning (after reporting it 3 times) - nobody came to fix the safe - cant lock valuables in. Now there are at least 30 mosquitoes in my room - I can't turn without them coming out from everywhere - Reception thinks Im exaggerating and are clearly not interested in assisting - how about offering a different room then if there's no solution! Unless someone went to buy candles or a repellent, I doubt I will get assistance and have a peaceful nights sleep. I understand nature, but surely there must be some measurements in place to control this. Nice balcony, Housekeeping staff this morning were very friendly and helpful and at least Reuben was welcoming and efficient at check-in last night. Price for breakfast does not justify what was available this morning (no service - had to find a clean placemat myself and cutlery). These are only a few of the issues. I normally stay at Cresta in other countries, but this is just disappointing!!!And I still have 2 more nights left - I hope they solve at least the mosquito issue by tomorrow night.

Impeccable rooms,high quality service. Great place for conference and workshop. Even outdoor area is serene. The food is really amazing and not your everyday cuisine,the cook it with a expertise and finesse.

It was my first visit to Harare. Not very exciting but the food was my best
I'll use my usual 5⭐rating for each area
Check in & lobby - 3⭐ underwhelming lobby but swift check in.
Rooms - 3⭐ - Small and cosy. Clean white sheets. Bathroom average with dirty shower cabin my safe never worked even after reporting the matter. Aircon sufficient.
F & B 4 ⭐- I really enjoyed the breakfast. Great omelettes????. Alacart menu adequate. Beware that bar closes early by 10pm
WIFI - 1⭐ - very slow and erratic
Pool ????????‍♀️- 1⭐- very cold and not well maintained
Gym ????‍♀- 1⭐- tiny and not equipped
Location - 5⭐ close to CBD and airport
Price-5⭐-Good value for money
