Fantastic food and good rooms with mosquito netting. A lot of insects due to the remote nature of the lodge, but a great experience with very professional staff.

Zambezi Cruise and Safaris is a deal breaker????. My trip to Pamuzinda and Chengeta gave me an insight in the life of a safari destination. Their food was ????, hospitality ????, accessibility and ambiance ????????. Great value for money????

Had a wonderful experience there. The staff was very friendly and approachable. However the lunch they served us was very much the opposite of what you would expect .

Needs more out door activities like fish ponds were we do fishing and pay for the fish... Pool tables... Places for kids to play

They don't answer their phones. I am tried of trying to book. Would not recommend. Poor management and services.

Bad and poor management. Can't even book, as the management gets your email and doesn't email you back on the booking confirmation. The booking system is very poor.
