She tried to raise her voice at me like I’m a child. No apologies, just went in to defense mode because I stated my concerns to the front desk, which I found out was her Daughter ????
The front desk employee was very nice, but they both should know the conditions of their rooms before they charge my bank card!!! I will get to my Office in City Hall and request a meeting with Upper management!
I’m not a person that’s hard to get along with , but I expect good communication and customer service!!
No Microwave no Refrigerator!!! Instead of being rude she should be inspecting these lousy rooms and practicing a more professional approach!
My mom made reservations in July 2023 requesting a handicap room with 1st floor access as she can't walk well. She told the we would be arriving late as we were driving all day. They did not save our room so we spent an hour trying to get it figured out. It was almost midnight when we decided we needed to crash so we took the available room on the 2nd floor. They refused to discount anything.
When we got in the room, I went to the restroom and it was filthy. The toilet had poop in it. My shoes were sticking to the floor and the walls had random splatters of what I hope was cough medicine on them.
The floors were not vacuumed and I saw 2 random pills on the carpet.
The bed looked sketchy, so I "slept" in the recliner fully clothed with my shoes on. Mu mom said the beds were very uncomfortable and needed replacing....with the rest of the furnature. In the morning, I refused to shower in the bathroom because it was gross too. I didn't even open my suitcase and just brought it to the car. The pool was full but solid green.
Outsude, the lush grounds were confetitied with trash, cigarette butts and discarded condoms. There was a person wandering around the parking lot asking for money then went to hotel doors.
Can I give ZERO stars?????
