On est très très loin du niveau des autres 5 étoiles des Seychelles.
L’hôtel profite de leur magnifique situation pour délaisser complètement le niveau de service.
Le responsable de l’hôtel devrait aller passer quelques jours au Constance ou au Raffles pour voir la différence.
Mention tout de même à certains membres du staff qui cherchent à élever un peu le niveau (Merci Thiru, Anna et la personne de la boutique).
De manière générale le personnel se désintéresse de votre situation. Communication désastreuse. Amabilité très variable… kids club et centre d’activités déplorables… affalés sur leurs ordinateurs, on a vraiment l’impression de déranger…
Materiel vieillissant. Vélos dangereux.
Aucune attention ni anticipation des besoins.
Concernant la restauration, buffet du soir à bannir. Un vrai vol avec une qualité désastreuse. (170€ avec 2 enfants. On a mangé 4 fois plus avec le room service pour un quart du prix)
Le petit déjeuner est correct mais la encore très loin d’un 5 étoiles.
Les déjeuners à la carte sont les seuls agréables.
Petite surprise :
Beaucoup de faux avis déposés. Notamment par le personnel de l’hôtel… (vous pourriez au moins leur dire de changer leurs noms…)
Pas sûr qu’Hilton soit passé faire une revue de l’hôtel depuis un moment !
Je conseille tout de même vivement de passer sur l’île pour son incroyable beauté (ça vaut largement La Digue).

We spent 2 weeks in paradise and all seemed like a dream come true... but was all there. There is nothing to complain about in Hilton Labriz and we wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who wants a moment in secluded paradise.
There are endless possibilities of spending the time on Silhouette island (if laying all day by the beach isn't your thing): from hikings (easy, 2-3km ones up to hard 20km ones) where you discover hidden gems of this paradise islands, crabs, fishes, birds, tortoises and amazing views, to diving activities, water sports, tennis, padel, minigolf. We tried quite some but the hiking to Anse Mondon was our favourite.. after you climb and reach that view, to the cove beach, all is worthed. Even if we don't have kids, there were plenty of activities and camp for children, various age groups, so parents can definitely enjoy their romantic time alone.
We want to specially thank Caroline for being an amazing hostess to us, remembering all the details, ready to support with anything with a smile on her face welcoming us to every breakfast, to Pradeep for excellent service, the best waiter we have been served, impeccable to ever detail who made our dinners in Portobello a high class experience, to the crew in Grann Kaz who were so kind and helped us get a taste of the local cuisine, to all our drivers around, to the captain of Lady Eliza who drove us to unique snorkeling places (got to see turtles, shark, seastar, stingray, all kinds of fishes) and romantic sunset cruise, to our cleaners who made the rooms spotless.
Overall, Hilton Labriz was for us a paradise moment, the perfect start for a lifetime together. Thank you!

air-conditioned works very silent (a big advantage!). All smiling, helping, caring and let you fill the Hilton's family. I enjoy beach villa with small pool hearing the waves and admiring sun dawn.All very privat. Complimentary water is tasty. Lots of green making shadows. Own garden with greens for salads :), cocoas for breakfast, wide range of dishes. All add-on restaurants for dinner are good. Was a bit disappointed in 4th degree, as nice langoustines and fish were brought to the table already quite cold. The waiters did not pay much attention to the tables, preferring only some of them. Anyway - the vine was brought from other restaurant quite quick.
If you have HB - dinner in main bistro is nice.
What I want to mentioned for those who want to use trails for hiking: do NOT wear flip-flops!!! only appropriate shoes! I have seen no signs about that, but saw people almost barefoot on slippery rocks in the deep forest! But picturesque view - guaranteed!
Will recommend that place for sure!
