CAMPING VARADES

This is medium size and very nice camping place. Tasos is a great host with great positive energy and attitude. Some of the top features are: Nice and spacious parcels, well maintained toilets, quiet, wifi, drinkable water, greek taverna with good prices and great food, local bus station in front of the camp.

We stayed here for a whole week and we enjoyed most of it, of course. Otherwise, we wouldn't have made it all the way.

The good stuff:

Well located, right near the beach, on a grass field, with lots of shaded areas

They arranged the stones at the sea entrances making it safer to get in and out

Electricity, hot water (I only showered at night, and there was always hot water), Turkish toilets (best choice for public restrooms)

Restaurant and a small kiosk inside the camping

One icebox available for tenants

The suggestions for improvement:

Restrooms could be a lot cleaner. I noticed that when the lady was on duty, they looked much better. Unfortunately, during the week it was just that man on duty who didn't do much. He mainly cleaned his consciousness.

Restrooms could be much more user-friendly with a bit of attention to detail: place some hooks - all the hooks you could fit between sinks, and maybe even some shelves. Right now, there's absolutely nowhere to place your necessary stuff here.

Stop allowing truck sellers to enter the camping with a megaphone, is very disturbing. Instead, place a real mini market inside the camping with more options

Find a solution for the freezer everyone is using, so we don't end up with missing stuff from there

Improve that wifi, because right now it doesn't help if you need to work, using a laptop

Add more sockets in the tents area closer to the sea, in the back, and also on the restaurant's terrace

More shade near the sea would definitely be a plus

You have too many ants, and there are efficient solutions to get rid of them

All in all, we managed to have a good week at your place, so thank you for existing!

Къмпинга е добре уреден с бани, тоалетни, помещения с мивки и хладилници и фризери. Има неограничена топла вода. Единствения недостатък според нас е, че сам си избираш място, няма обособени места и всеки си слага където реши сам палатката. Има хубава таверна, която не сервира обаче риба.
