Clean! Comfortable! Quiet! (And best of all) budget friendly. I read the previous reviews and apparently Management has succeeded in upgrading the property. For a one night stay the hotel was very good. The sheets were clean, the room was bug free, and everything worked… Including the refrigerator. I had to ask for a hairdryer and ice bucket, but other than that I have no complaints. I recommend this place.

Refused to stay when told I have to give them $100 in cash as a damage deposit. Also tried walking into a different room with my credit card. How shady can you get? Wyndham should be ashamed

I travel all year and “live” in hotels. This place is easily in the top three worst places I’ve stayed. No coffee maker, broken refrigerator, no carpet, bad parking, broken tv, bad bathroom, low lighting in room…etc… I could write all day. Do not stay here. I’m with clc so my choices are limited. Shreveport has no “stay comfortable and feel safe” choices for CLC members that I can find.

Horrible experience while trying to check in. The hotel uses third party reservation services but does not adhere to the third party rates/fees. The clerk informed me that I had to pay a $150 deposit. The app that I used to book this particular hotel stated that it was a $40 deposit. I contacted the app and they called the hotel directly as I sat in the parking lot, and the clerk stated she would charge me $40. I decided NOT to check in due to the hassle of the matter.

The owner needs to stand by what is posted on third party booking apps or not list the property at all.

Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Don't bother, total waste of time.

Ended up booking another room via another hotel and it was a better experience all around.

After a long drive from Florida, Super 8 by Wyndham is awesome, the rooms are very clean and comfortable and the great thing is that it's pet friendly!! Looking forward to breakfast too. We're very satisfied customers!!

When you tell them you have a pet with you, make sure to say dog or cat etc...paid our pet deposit got settled in the room then got a call saying we had to leave because they don't allow cats.

Horrible! We requested a non-smoking room and were still given one. There was a cockroach and the sheets were all stained. There weren’t any towels available and the fridge was all dirty. We requested another room and the service clerk straight up told us that she couldn’t guarantee another room without a cockroach.

I worked for them and the managers are rude very rude they try keep ur money and wyndhams money the employees quit constantly they want us to keep trying to give guest staind towels and sheets they can't get rid of the bugs and they work the crop out the few girls that work for them and the girls always move on quick because it's horrible place to work and they will mess your hours and check up you might have to wait 3 weeks before u get ur check and the whole time they act so confused but her accountant is her brother so they know exactly what's going on

Damn can you take Stars away? Where do I start oh yeah with the cockroach that came out of air conditioning vent or the dead one on the floor next to bathroom. Don't have to worry about that one jumping on you. Remote for TV didn't work. Toilet seat was about to fall of the toilet. Went down to get coffee and was told it probably wouldn't get made until 6 because breakfast was served at 7. What the hell does that have to do with having coffee for people? This place sucks I would definitely not recommend. Find a better place on a better side of town.

Don't waste your time or $! Tub was dirty, went to get a drink out of the 1 drink machine they had and lost my $. When I went in to ask about another machine and to tell her i lost my money I was given a dirty look and no response. Pool was green as well...total dump!
