I was here for my honeymoon and was in an Airbnb but had to leave because the host was doing us wrong. Found this place and decided to check it out. You get a lot of bank for your buck at this hotel. I am very cautious when it comes to spending my money and where I spend it and this place made me feel like I got a good deal. The outside absolutely doesn’t match the inside so don’t let that fool you. Check it out and you will see. Unfortunately the elevator was down and we were on the 3rd floor but honestly it didn’t affect our stay. Gregg at the front counter helped us out tremendously. The suite is very spacious and clean. I will for sure book here the next time I am in town and hopefully not for another honeymoon lol. I didn’t get up for the breakfast so I can’t comment on that

Refused to Honor a prepaid Reservation and made me pay again for the room at 2AM !! When i reached there tired , staff was rude NEVER AGAIN

The hotel was amazing....

We loved staying at this hotel. Rooms are clean. Service is nice and they offer great hot breakfast that changes daily. Pool operational and clean. Fitness center and courtesy cookies at the front desk.

This hotel was not great. I was sharing a room with a group of 4 people and the bathroom didn’t lock. Is that not essential?!?!?! The food is decent but nothing out of the ordinary. Not great for group trips.

The experience was excellent would suggest this hotel to anyone Comin to New Orleans !!!!!????????

Rooms were clean

Would have been a 5 but gouging customs for bottled water ticked me.

A brilliant surprise. I booked this hotel because I needed a quick trip to New Orleans for a one-day passport renewal. It was a last minute trip and I was going for budget.

This hotel was clean. Good bed/linens. The bathroom was one of those "we've updated, but didn't spend money on all new stuff." I'm okay with that, as I said I was going for budget and the place was clean.

But what a grand surprise I had with the outdoor surroundings. If only the weather had been better. There was a lovely courtyard with pool and fire pit. Beautifully maintained.

I was traveling alone this time and would not normally have chosen any facility with "outside facing doors." However, you had to use your room key to open the courtyard and all rooms in the back building faced the courtyard.

The area was super well lit and I felt very safe. Also, during the night, the place was so quiet. I was impressed.

Getting to and from the facility from airport and downtown was a breeze.

Oh, the customer service was also super! Both on the phone and in person the desk workers were hospitable. I really appreciated their service.

Rooms were great, The parking lot is very small. The staff was great.

Rooms we beautiful, front desk got my mom and me in a room as soon as they could, we were very early, my mom has Parkinson's and they were wonderful about getting her in a room. Breakfast staff are a little grumpy, if something ran out, no more was put out. Other then that it was excellent.

The courtyard was so beautiful! Very New Orleans feel for a great price. Rooms clean, pillows amazing.

Beautiful hotel! Rooms were really nice we had an exterior room overlooking the garden and pool! The fire pit was the best! Met some really nice people around it. Hate that it cut off at 10:15pm. Fireplace needs to stay on til 11:00pm!

Before booking I called the hotel and spoke with the manager Greg to make sure they had cribs available as I have a 1 yr old who can not sleep on a bed because he flips and moves the whole night and it’s a safety risk. He assured me they did. I then booked and called again to confirm my booking AND the crib situation with Deja. Me and my husband were set to arrive at 1:30 am and the services “closes” at 11:30 pm. I called a THIRD TIME and spoke to Deja at 9:30pm and asked to make sure there is a crib in our room. She reassured me that the maitenence staff was literally putting one in as we speak and she even gave me our room number and gave me her word that when we arrive exhausted at 1:30 am after a 4.5 hour drive everything would be ready. When we arrived there was NO crib and I called the front desk where Farrah answered. She was SO INCOMPETENT AND RUDE. Telling me and my husband to calm down and telling us it’s not her problem because there was a staff change and all cribs are locked and she “doesn’t even know where the cribs are in the hotel”!!!!! I asked for a solution and she literally told me it’s not her problem and that the most she can do is BRING US A CRIB IN THE MORNING. Me and me husband stayed up until 5 am with the baby because he could sleep on the bed with no railings and we were so scared he’s gonna fall on the hard floor. At 5 am we put the blankets on the floor and slept on the freaking floor!! NEXY DAY- NO refund or partial refund was given just apology!

Pretty nice rooms, the location was convenient but the parking to get into the hotel and the front desk are in 2 separate places which is inconvenient. It was raining, so we didn't get to enjoy the courtyard but it looks nice and relaxing

We stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms. Each room was welcoming and cozy. There were no bad smells and everything worked as it should (microwave refrigerator) . The only thing that I didn't like was there was a dirty towel left on the shelf in the bathroom from a previous guest. It was pushed toward the back of an empty shelf. My husband took advantage of the gym and enjoyed himself. Well done!!!!

A big F U to this place. Even with the do not disturb sign on the door the house keeping will try to force their way in. I literally wrote a note that said “no house keeping required please move on” & they still tried to barge in. Then we got yelled at by security for talking in the hallways because we laughed while walking to our room. I guess if your old & never make a peep & are up & out of your room by 6am stay here. Otherwise don’t waste your time. Screw this place.
