Positives:
- Great location very central
- The staff were approachable and friendly.
- Parking availability was convenient.
- The hotel lobby presented a welcoming ambiance.
Concerns:
- Room Quality: Despite booking an Executive Plus Room, we found the facilities outdated. The presence of hairs on the bed sheets, uncomfortable pillows, and dated television and room amenities significantly detracted from our comfort. Additionally, an intrusive electricity box emitted noise throughout the night, and we observed moisture on the ceiling. The bathroom's maintenance left much to be desired.
- Noise Insulation: The lack of triple-glazed windows meant external noises, particularly during weekend nights, were unavoidable and disruptive.
- Wellness Amenities: Our anticipation for a relaxing wellness experience was unmet. Not only was there an extra charge per person per day, but the atmosphere was far from tranquil, with overcrowded and noisy conditions having children and young adults screaming and jumping into the water. The swimming pool (situated in the basement), was not conducive to relaxation, compounded by a non-functional sauna, absence of bathrobes, and uncomfortably cold water.
- Breakfast: While serviceable, the breakfast offerings did not match the expected quality or variety one might anticipate given the price point.
- Check-Out Experience: The absence of any inquiries regarding our stay or gestures of hospitality during check-out was noticeable and diminished our overall impression of the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction.
Given these experiences, it is with regret that we must state our decision to not patronize Hyllit Hotel in the future, nor can we confidently recommend it to others seeking a 4-star experience in Antwerp.
We hope this feedback is received as an opportunity for Hyllit Hotel to address these concerns, enhancing the experience for future guests.
Als je rugklachten hebt is dit geen pretje. Het alarm ging een paar keer af in een van de andere kamers, dat gaf best veel stress en werd een beetje weggewuifd door de receptie.
Het ontbijt was wel uitgebreid, maar mega kleine beleg porties.
Al met al hebben wij wel vaker een veel beter 4 sterren hotel gehad. Dit viel meer in de klasse van 3 sterren, behalve de prijs
Le stanze sono molto grandi, silenziose e con un minibar fornitissimo. Il bagno non è grande ma ha una bella doccia.
La colazione è Europea, ma va curata un pó di più, soprattutto nella parte dolce

Kamer en badkamer waren erg ruim en schoon. Dit was echt een toppunt. Tv was wel gedateerd en het putje in de douche spoelde helaas niet goed door, maar dat is klein leed.
Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker maar helaas waren de roerbak ei en bacon niet goed warm. Helaas moet ook worden bijbetaald voor het zwembad, dit was niet duidelijk vooraf.
Al bij al waren de kamers dus erg fijn maar zijn er wat kleine minpunten. De locatie echter is het meer dan waard!
Bedden ook goed en schoenmakers.
Top service van personeel.
Goed ontbijt alleen voor z,n hotel echt slechte koffie.
Vriesdroog koffie.
Maak het helemaal top en pak bonen koffie.
