La atención al clike te fue super buena, una cosa que note fueron las habitacioones de lujo y muy limpiar tiene mucha opciones buceo entre otras. Muy buen lugar.

we stayed in this hotel in november. We absolutely love hotel 4 Season ! this hotel is very beautiful; the staff is great! They always knew our name and did everything possible for us to ensure that our vacation was at the highest level!
The room is very clean! I would like to say thank you to all the hotel staff! Thanks for the golf cart tour of the hotel! And also we celebrate 10 years anniversary and hotel team give us cake and bottle of champagne! For our kid- cupcakes and 2 cute toys!  also in room coffee machine; refrigerator . every evening tea( different taste)! Also for kids shampoo ,shower gel, cup! Always ice ready ( at evening)! a lot free activities every day. you can go and free learn how cooked quesadillas example. chef will explain, show you and give you to home recipe. and you can eat what he prepared for you.
I would like to say a special thank you to the hotel manager!
So perfect person! the hotel is lucky to have such an employee! HE made a presentation of a new dish that will soon be available; it was very tasty and such attention was very nice! Thank you to chef who made so delicious dish so manager of the hotel Definitely added another star to our vacation and hotel. Also, the manager was always interested in how our vacation going, what else he could do for us, showed us the hotel territory and told us in detail about the hotel! it was interesting! the best manager Very recommend this hotel

El hotel es una magnífica obra de arte y un exquisito ejemplo de hospitalidad en Costa Rica. Aunque todo el establecimiento brilla por su excelencia, quiero destacar a una persona en particular: Nacho. Es un ejemplar de dedicación y versatilidad en la industria de la hospitalidad. Pasando sin esfuerzo de la piscina al restaurante, se asegura de que cada huésped reciba un servicio de primera clase con un toque personal. Su compromiso con la colaboración es evidente en sus interacciones, consolidando la creencia de que el trabajo en equipo realmente es la piedra angular del éxito. Nacho y todos sus colegas son verdaderamente excelentes y hacen que cada huésped se sienta como en casa.

The privacy and seclusion coupled with the comfort of the rooms and the attention of staff makes this the ultimate luxury and comfort for relaxation. A proper vacation resort. The hotel is positioned between two beautiful beaches allowing for both sunrise and sunsets. The resort offers paddle boards and surfboards with the ability to book several other activities and adventures. There are also three pools and a hot tub if you prefer to chill. The staff is polite and attentive and the bar tenders have created some of the tastiest cocktails I've ever experienced. Mario has mastered the espresso martini and I recommend the Mal de ojo if you like spice

Fue todo un sueño, todo el hotel es maravilloso, el estar en medio de la naturaleza, ver los monos a todas horas o ser despertado por los monos aulladores es magico. Lo imperdible su desayuno buffet, y sus dos playas.

This is definitely one of a kind. I’m quickly becoming a Four Seasons fanatic. The service is unmatched, quality is amongst the highest, and the food/drink is superb! My daughter and I enjoyed this resort for her 21st birthday. They really helped to make it special. Xoxox

Beautiful property, and amazing service. The beach attached to the property was spectacular. Warm water and crystal clear. The food was amazing, especially at the Italian restaurant Pesce. The chef does a phenomenal job with his creations. Although we didn't come with our kids, there were so many families around so it's a very family friendly resort. The spa was lovely, specifically Ashley at the nail salon was a complete pleasure to speak to when she did my nails. Luz at the Bahia restaurant is an amazing waitress. Super personable and kind. Also, Jessica P. (assistant director of rooms division) was yet another demonstration of phenomenal customer service. Her attention to detail and understanding of how to create a great customer experience is impeccable. The entire staff was tremendously kind and attentive. The Costa Rican people here were a complete pleasure to speak with and get to know. The service and people here, 10/10.

Un hotel que brinda un servicio más allá de lo que uno imagina, iniciando desde la llegada al aeropuerto, el check in, los restaurantes, el concierge, el lugar es hermoso.

Incredible views, incredible staff, incredible stay. Everything was wonderful. From the very start at checkin, with a cold coconut, the staff immediately treated us with attention and care. We went to añejo, Pesce, la Bahia, Pool and Beach and every single experience was amazing. It was hard to leave and we will definitely be back!
