La calidad-precio es excelente, las habitaciones son super amplias y de una calidad superior, todas con piscina privada y baño con bañera. Recibí en su hotel el mejor masaje en mi visita a indonesia. Tener en cuenta que es un hotel muy tranquilo y en ramadan cierran alguna actividades antes de tiempo. De todas maneras teneis la opción de alquilar un barco para visitar las islas gilli que son mucho mas animadas durante el dia.

We absolutely loved our stay it was like a dream and the staff were so sweet & kind treating us like royalty.
The restaurant views are incredible and the food is amazing and i can not forget how amazing the coffee is ! Actually the best coffee i have ever had.
Valentine's Day dinner was like out of a Disney movie we just could not belive it !
There are no words for this review. We absolutely loved our time at Kayana Beach and we will cherish our memories here for ever ❤️????

We had an exceptional evening at the hotels Blues restaurant for dinner. Great customer service by Sahrir and Defri, they always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying the meals . The food was great and I commend the waiters and chef for the experience. Will come again.

We have just spent a most enjoyable week at the Kayana Resort. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast in the restaurant is fantastic. Superb pastries, a variety of eggs and yummy fresh fruit and juice. Nora, in the restaurant gave us wonderful service each morning. Dinner at night was equally as good and the cocktails were great????. The chef was fantastic and prepared delicious meals every day we were there. We also enjoyed the very relaxing massage in the spa. Many thanks to Astin, Nora, Rudi, Wayan, Awan, Harald and all the staff whose names we can't remember. You were all fantastic. The reception staff were all helpful and professional. All the gardeners and cleaning staff were also very friendly. We hope to return some day soon. Gayle and Andrew from Australia

Really loved staying in Kayana, even though it was only 1 night. The room was great, service as well. Only thing that can be improved maybe is the TV, since it is not smart TV yet and the connection was not great.

Other that that, this was a very peaceful place to stay. Very recommended for honeymoon and couples.

Loved that it is also Muslim friendly with Islamic music played at the lobby and qiblat sticker in the room.

Khairul was our reception and he was super helpful. Definitely will come back again!

The resort and villas are excellent location is a little far from the main areas in lombok, but if you're after a quiet getaway in a lovely villa, this place is great
I will mention a little lack of information from the hotel regarding local things to do they are fairly new so I'm sure this will improve

Had an absolutely amazing stay at the Kayana Beach Resort between Christmas and New Year in 2023. The villa with private pool and beach view was amazing - beautifully furnished (good bed, too!) and wonderful bathroom. Service was next level - from arriving to leaving and everything in between. Warm wishes especially to the restaurant team, they made sure that we were well taken care of, they were all so kind - thank you Gayatri, Nora, Sahrir and everyone else for making us feel so welcome! My husband and I are vegan and despite few vegan options on the menu, they were very happy to accommodate! We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant with no problems. Truly very welcoming to vegan guests - strongly recommended. The view at the restaurant is something else!!

They provide snorkel gear for snorkeling on the beach which has a beautiful reef. I also had a Balinese massage at the spa on the premises which was also excellent. The 80 minutes flew by. Overall, a stay we won't be likely to forget! Truly relaxing after a very hectic year. Very grateful we were able to stay at the Kayana Beach hotel, if/when we return to Lombok we'll be sure to stay here again.

Love it. Great food, good service. It's far from city center but trust me, it's worth it.

You can see three gilis from here and you can swim directly to the beach.
There's much snorkeling spots here.
Great food and breakfast too.

La cuisine est excellente et les villas très sympa avec l'accès direct à la piscine privée depuis la salle de bain.

I love everything about this hotel.
We stayed there six nights and it was a really nice time.
It is very comfortable, stylish and clean. The hotel is beside a beach - there is a perfect snorkeling possibilities direct from the beach - I have seen hundreds of different colorful fishes and even a turtle there.
The hotel's staff is exceptionally helpful and professional. Many thanks to the team that cleaned our room (unfortunately, I don't remember their names), they did their work precisely and untroubled.
There is a restaurant where breakfasts are served, and you can also have your dinner there - it is on the top of the hill and has a breathtaking view on the lagoon.
The hotel has mango trees, and we got sweet and very tasty mango direct from the tree for free.
The only thing that bothered us was the noise from the mosque. They start approximate at four in the morning, and it continues all day intermittently. You need to consider it before going there.

Kayana Resort exceeded my expectations. The rooms were large and cleaner than any other beach style villa I've stayed in. The bathroom was bigger than the bedroom which I loved.
The spa was amazing and Nora was probably the best masseuse I've ever experienced.
The staff are exceptional. Their kindness and helpfulness is why we will be returning again. Sahrir from the restaurant was always smiling and agreeable to any random requests from my son.
It's a short speed boat ride to Gili Islands where you can snorkel and experience a more lively vibe. We were happy to return to our quiet retreat at Kayana at the end of the day.
It has a small, boutique and peaceful atmosphere. There is a small section of the beach reserved for guests but really easy access to the Gili's for a beach day.
Usually the remote resorts where you're 'stuck' have average food because where else can you go? The food choices, presentation and taste were amazing and the restaurant setting is stunning.
I can't thank the amazing staff enough and look forward to bringing more of my family back.
Sure there are many options of resorts but I will return to Kayana for the people, clean villas and food.
