Très bon accueil lors de ma réservation et cela s'est confirmé par la suite. Chambre spacieuse ,très propre et literie très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est bien servi. Enfin,l'hôtel est vraiment bien situé et la décoration très chaleureuse . Une mention spéciale pour l'accueil de Fatima avec qui j'ai effectué la réservation et qui s'est montrée particulièrement aimable et efficace . Et aussi un grand merci à Gaspard pour son amabilité. À bientôt !

Zeer vriendelijk onthaal, net hotel, ruime kamers. Enkel jammer dat ze de bedden niet opmaken en dat je moet bijbetalen voor verse handdoeken.

Nous n'avons pas payé pour l'option petit-déjeuner mais les boissons chaudes gratuites disponibles étaient un ajout bienvenu. Nous pouvons tout à fait recommander le chocolat chaud ! ||||La chambre elle-même était incroyable. Très spacieux et avec beaucoup d'espace de rangement pour vos vêtements, etc. Il y a aussi un fer et une planche à repasser. Quelque chose que nous utilisons rarement, mais qui fait partie de ces fonctionnalités que vous aimez avoir « juste au cas où ». Le coin kitchenette est bien équipé avec tout ce dont vous pourriez rêver, y compris des couverts, des assiettes et des poêles. Il y a un micro-ondes et le réfrigérateur était grand avec une petite partie congélateur au-dessus. ||||La salle de bain était impeccable et encore très spacieuse. Notre chambre avait une baignoire avec une douche à l'italienne. Un sèche-cheveux est également fourni. ||||Les couloirs avaient toujours une odeur agréable. Pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas Adagio Aparthotels, sachez que le ménage n’est pas quotidien comme dans d’autres hôtels. Je pense que vous pourrez peut-être payer un supplément pour cela, mais je ne suis pas sûr que cela ne nous pose pas de problème, car cela signifie que nous n'avons pas à nous soucier de sortir de la pièce pour que la femme de ménage puisse entrer. sommes capables de ranger après nous-mêmes et lorsque nous avons manqué de gel douche, nous avons simplement demandé à la réception. ||||Nous avons eu un problème avec un train annulé pour notre voyage de retour dans une autre partie de la France et la charmante réceptionniste de service nous a aidé en appelant un hôtel Ibis à Agen pour nous demander si nous pouvions y laisser nos bagages quelques heures car nous avons dû attendre quelques heures entre les trains. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas obtenu son nom, mais elle vient d'Ukraine si cela peut aider les dirigeants à lire ceci, car je pense qu'elle mérite une certaine reconnaissance pour son excellent service client. Comme déjà mentionné, tout le personnel que nous avons rencontré était génial et nous a aidés à nous recommander des restaurants, etc. L'un d'eux était un endroit appelé Gogo Flamingo. Personnel formidable, nourriture délicieuse et excellents cocktails! ||||Il convient de noter qu'il existe un bus gratuit que vous pouvez prendre au bout de la rue et qui vous emmène dans la ville et circule toutes les 15 minutes. Toujours dans le même quartier, vous pouvez prendre un bus gratuit pour vous emmener au Casino. Ils sont vingt heures toute la journée sauf 16h20 et 21h20. ||||Nous reviendrons certainement ici car nous avons tellement aimé Toulouse que nous envisageons sérieusement de déménager plus près et nous pourrions donc faire des voyages à la recherche d'un logement dans un avenir proche ????

We have just returned home after a fabulous five night Christmas break at this Adagio Aparthotel. As the hotel is new everything was spotless and the reception area created a wonderful first impression upon arrival. ||||All the reception staff were absolutely fantastic and we used to have a little chat with them on a daily basis. We did not pay for the breakfast option but the free hot drinks available were a welcome addition. We can thoroughly recommend the hot chocolate! ||||The room itself was amazing. So spacious and with lots of storage space for your clothes etc. There is an iron and ironing board too. Something we rarely use but is one of those features you like to have “just incase”. The kitchenette area is well equipped with everything you could want including cutlery, plates and pans. There is a microwave and the fridge was big with a small freezer section on top. ||||The bathroom was spotless and again very spacious. Our room had a bathtub with a step in shower. A hairdryer is also provided. ||||The corridors always had a lovely smell too. For those not familiar with Adagio Aparthotels it’s worth noting that housekeeping isn’t a daily occurrence like in other hotels. I think you may be able to pay extra for that but I’m not sure however we do not have a problem with this as it means we don’t have to worry about getting out of the room so the housekeeper can come in. We are capable of tidying up after ourselves and when we ran low on shower gel we just asked at reception. ||||We had a problem with a cancelled train for our journey back to another part of France and the lovely receptionist on duty helped us by ringing an Ibis hotel in Agen to ask if we could leave our luggage there for a few hours as we had a few hours to wait between trains. Unfortunately we did not get her name but she is from the Ukraine if that helps any management reading this as I think she deserves some recognition for excellent customer service. As already mentioned all the staff we encountered were brilliant and helped us with recommendations of restaurants etc. One of which was a place called Gogo Flamingo. Great staff, lovely food and great cocktails! ||||Worth noting there is a free bus which you can get at the end of the street which takes you around the town and runs every 15 minutes. Also in the same area you can catch a free bus to take you to the Casino. They are twenty past the hour all day except 4.20pm and 9.20pm. ||||We will definitely stay here again as we loved Toulouse so much we are seriously thinking of moving nearer therefore we might be doing house hunting trips in the near future ????

Tout a fonctionné comme prévu, tout le monde était méga sympa, le petit déjeuner est parfait et l'emplacement est calme et génial pour se rendre à pied au centre-ville.
