Extremely inattentive staff that treat guests like nuisances. Upon arrival to my room there was a very prominent stain in the carpet, on the front of the fridge, and on the wall. The wall stain in particular would have taken literally 30 seconds if they had any attention or pride in their service... I spoke with the black woman with a managerial air at reception who while saying she couldn't do anything about the carpet initially was quite respectful and promised to have someone come and clean the wall. No one ever came to clean the wall.|One of the men working the night shift was extremely unhelpful, as was the receptionist woman with the short hair. They don't seem to know the city or even the neighbourhood. They barely look up at you even when you try talking with them and most seem bothered if you take even 30 seconds of their time and were very rude.|The young woman receptionist was some respectful and certainly friendlier than the others but even most of her advice and recommendations too were very basic, just surface-level.|Cleaners walked in to the room without knocking and would be yelling loudly at each other outside guests' doors.|At one point the same man receptionist while I was once patiently waiting for him started speaking aloud - I politely asked him "pardon" to which he just gruffly, dismissively said "I wasn't talking to you" and went back to his computer.|The head cleaner(?) too I tried to mention that I'd been waiting a week for someone to come and clean the wall and she just started talking in an extremely patronizing manner, as if I don't understand French and without listening to anything I said.|Despite their signs of "s'entraider, respecter" etc upon arrival they don't do this at all, let alone cultivate an example of an atmosphere where guests will do it for each other.|It's all rather weird when there are plenty of strangers you can meet right outside the door who are not employed in hospitality but who nonetheless actually bother to be friendly and welcoming...|I would much prefer staff who are patient, respectful and helpful in French than rude in English (or rude in both!).|As other guests also wrote the pillows were quite small and few.
En général, bon rapport qualité prix mais ne vous attendez à aucun confort et restez plutôt dans la chambre la nuit pour ne pas déranger le réceptionniste en colère.

Hotel is conveniently located near Saint Cyprien metro station. Rooms have a small kitchenette but are rather old. Water from shower easily goes out and I ended up with a wet floor in half of the room first time I used it. Housekeeping is not included, unless you stay longer than a week. WiFi worked only for a few hours of my 8 day stay there. The guy at the reception working on a night shift is very rude and aggressive if asked about... well, anything. He screamed at me when I forgot the keycode to the main entrance, told me WiFi is not his problem when I reported it doesn't work and made some angry comments in French (I spoke English to him) when asked about how to pay for a coffee.
In general, good value for price but don't expect any comforts and rather stay in the room during the night to not to disturb the angry receptionist.
