In breve, nella camera si sentiva costantemente, a intervalli regolari di un minuto, un rumore di vibrazione molto fastidioso che rendeva difficile l’addormentarsi. Ho chiesto alla reception al mattino se fosse possibile controllare la causa di questa vibrazione e risolverla. Il ragazzo che era alla reception in quel momento molto gentilmente mi ha risposto che avrebbe controllato. Alla sera, poiché il suono di vibrazione continuava insistentemente, sono tornato alla reception per chiedere se si era capita l origine del rumore. La signora alla reception (bionda, con i capelli a caschetto ed occhiali) mi ha riso in faccia dicendomi che non poteva risolvere in alcune modo il problema e che l’albergo era tutto pieno. Faccio presente che non avevo chiesto un cambio di stanza, ma semplicemente se si fosse capito il motivo del rumore e fosse possibile risolverlo. In ogni caso, la receptionist ha continuato a rispondere in modo arrogante e altezzoso, arrivando a dire che non era un suo problema e che non era lei la titolare dell’albergo, e in quanto dipendente non era interessata a risolvere la questione.
Alla fine, sono tornato in stanza senza aver risolto il problema e con l’amaro in bocca. A riprova della sua malafede, c’è anche il fatto che non ha voluto rilasciare in alcune modo il suo nome.
In definitiva, sconsiglio a tutti questo albergo perché se avrete un problema qualsiasi verrete trattati a pesci in faccia.

In short, a very annoying vibration noise was constantly heard in the room, at regular intervals of one minute, which made it difficult to fall asleep. I asked the front desk in the morning if it was possible to check the cause of this vibration and fix it. The guy who was at the front desk at that time very kindly replied that he would check it out. In the evening, since the vibration sound continued insistently, I returned to the reception to ask if they had understood the origin of the noise. The lady at the reception (blonde, with bob hair and glasses) laughed in my face telling me that she couldn't solve the problem in any way and that the hotel was completely full. I would like to point out that I had not asked for a room change, but simply if the reason for the noise was understood and it was possible to resolve it. In any case, the receptionist continued to respond in an arrogant and haughty manner, going so far as to say that it was not her problem and that she was not the owner of the hotel, and as an employee she was not interested in resolving the issue.
In the end, I returned to the room without having solved the problem and with a bad taste in my mouth. As proof of her bad faith, there is also the fact that she did not want to release her name in any way.
Ultimately, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone because if you have any problem you will receive a very awful and rude treatment.
Nice breakfast and the lady working there was very welcoming and nice.

Cons: VERY thin walls (heard neighbours' every move/conversation).
No possibility to charge phone near the bed (no wall socket anywhere near the bed which is inconvenient).
No shelf in the bathroom.
