Meinungen HÔTEL LA VILLA PATRICIA Villefranche-Sur-Mer

Die Villa Patricia (die keine Villa ist - eher ein altes Haus an wenig privilegierter Lage, durch die Eisenbahn, die direkt nach dem Garten durchfährt sehr lärmig) ist nicht empfehlenswert.

Un petit hôtel de charme comme on les aime, à taille humaine, très bien situé pour vadrouiller dans les environs! Lucie a été parfaite, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison ;)
Cerise sur la gâteau: la piscine et le jacuzzi dans le jardin, idéal après une journée de balade. Nous reviendrons c’est certain!

Lovely little hotel, just outside Nice. Great restaurants and beaches either way from the hotel. A/C showers WiFi etc. A nice little pool and jacuzzi outside and a relaxing area if you so wish. Breakfast is a traditional french affair.. car park is a little tight. But l had a 4x4. More suitable for smaller cars.
All good for what you want... bus services into Nice, is also easy...

Un lieu discret et magique à l ambiance nordique ! Les chambres sont grandes et décorées avec goût ! Dispose d un parking gratuit de 6-7 places et d une petite piscine pour 2-3 personnes - rafraîchissant - le must est son calme et sa proximité a pied de la plage des fourmis et de la plage des anges gardiens à 10-15 Mn seulement ! Superbe

Je n'avais pas eu la possibilité de revenir à la Villa Patricia depuis la période Covid. J'ai pu séjourner à nouveau quelques jours à l'hôtel et ce fut une très agréable surprise de voir que Lucie avait fait des travaux d'embellissement pour redonner un coup de modernité et de bien-être à son hôtel. Un très bel espace de détente en extérieur avec piscine permet de se rafraîchir ce qui n'est pas désagréable surtout en période estivale!
L'accueil et la disponibilité de Lucie sont toujours au rendez-vous.
Je recommande les yeux fermés cet hôtel avec une garantie de satisfaction à 200%.

Ein super schönes Hotel mit einer wundervollen Atmosphäre. Die Art und Weise wie das Hotel eingerichtet ist, ist sehr hübsch. Das Frühstück hat alles zu bieten was man so braucht. Mit einem Pool und einem Jacuzzi im Garten hat man immer die Möglich sich abzukühlen aber wenn einem das Meer lieber ist, ist dieses mit nur 5 min Fußmarsch sehr gut zu erreichen. Aber am liebsten mochte ich das Personal, man wurde herzlich empfangen und hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt! Dankeschön für diese schöne Zeit
und bis bald!!!

Rénovation et concept à revoir car le but premier doit être la satisfaction de vos clients en vacances.
Plus de 140€ une honte

Nos alojamos en esta posada, o hostel, porque nos convenía, la verdad que la actitud de la dueña Lucie fue lo que no nos gustó, nosotros tenemos un hotel boutique en Argentina y jamás hemos tratado así a clientes, hemos viajado por todo el mundo y nunca nos había pasado algo parecido, le pedimos un desayuno para el día siguiente sólo dos porque nuestro hijo no toma café ni come pan, y nos cobro los tres desayunos, dicho sea de paso el desayuno no lo vale, una panera con pan y una croissant un jugo sintético de naranja y un café por 12 euros, al día siguiente no queríamos desayuno y nos dijo que teníamos que tomarlo porque estaba reservado, le dijimos que no lo habíamos pedido , nos dijo que igual nos cobraría, lo tomamos pero sólo pedimos dos, nos volvió a cobrar 3 desayunos, en fin
Un actitud que no parece que esté bien,
La habitación es pequeña, el baño aún más, no se caracteriza por la limpieza.
Nos sacó en cara que tomamos una copa de vino en el patio.

This seemed like a good value but has some significant issues, including a host that isn’t forthcoming and respectful.

The rooms seem like good value but then you realize you have to pay for everything à la carte. Breakfast is fine but it’s not included and there isn’t really anything around it as an alternative.

We had a major electrical issue (which was also mentioned in another review), where we had no power in our room starting at 10pm on our second night. This meant no AC, and pitch black bathroom. We had to sleep with the windows open, got bitten by bugs and were constantly rattled by trains passing by. This hotel is right beside the train tracks, and you need to sleep with windows closed. Even then, if you’re sensitive to noise you will hear the trains at night.

The host said she would fix the issue the next day. It was Sunday so she said it was difficult for the electrician to get parts. When we got back from the beach Sunday evening, the issue wasn’t resolved, and she asked us if we wanted to find another hotel. We said yes and spent our nice dinner searching for alternatives. Then after dinner I had to pack in the dark with a flashlight (we didn’t want to pack until we found an alternative). It’s 11pm and we need to pack up, in the dark, sweltering room to move to a hotel in Nice. That’s the only one we could find with availability.

When I finish packing and go to settle the room, the host tells me I need to pay full for the night without electricity. I disagreed and offered to pay 60%. She began to attack my character and say things like: “you are not kind, do you know what the word ‘gentille’ means? You are not ‘gentille’“ And continued to insult me and provoke me. She did gestures of zipping the mouth to ask me why I didn’t have something to say for myself. This was so incredibly rude, as backlash for €50 discount I proposed for a night and day of NO ELECTRICITY, and having to pack and move locations in the middle of the night.

Nous avons passe deux nuits debut decembre dans le cocon de joelle et franck, reçu comme si nous etions des amis de longue date. quelle surprise!! nous avons profite d'un petit salon d'esthetique dans l'hotel alors que nous ne le savions pas, un endroit charmant,un prix adorable, bravo et merci continuez comme ça!!
