Sandrine for being very receptive to the needs of our small group and exceptional customer care.
Prakash our Villa host, for serving us breakfast every morning and looking after our every needs, nothing was too much trouble.
Rishi and Suresh on the beach team for such prompt delivery and replenishment of our rum and cokes, their friendly smiles and local knowledge.
Nikhil in the main bar for outstanding customer service - as a graduate of the Constance Acadamy we wish him well as he progresses in his career.
And not forgetting the beach vendors, always smiling, subtle in their approach and with absolute respect - we purchased super quality cashmere wraps at reasonable cost (to add to those bought on our previous holidays).

Firstly, we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your check-in. We understand that a 2-hour wait is unacceptable, however, we trust you will understand that it was not done on purpose. As it was explained to you, the hotel was at full capacity and since you arrived unexpectedly, the last let was under process.
Regarding room cleanliness, we are disappointed to hear that it did not meet your expectations. We have relayed your concerns to our housekeeping team to address and rectify any shortcomings in our cleaning standards.
We are delighted that you found our staff friendly and accommodating. We believe in providing exceptional service, and your acknowledgment is greatly appreciated.
We are sorry to hear about your dining experience. We understand the frustration when it comes to restaurant reservations, and regret that your concerns did not reach any of the Managers on duty as it would have been a pleasure to satisfy your requirement. It is true that the a la carte restaurants are always fully booked.

It is disheartening to learn that your overall experience did not meet your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for any dissatisfaction you experienced. Our first time to Mauritius. Resort grounds are beautiful, lots of palm trees, gardens with many pools and a pristine beach.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always checking, without being intrusive, if we needed anything, making sure everything was right for our special occasion.
