Angenehmes Hotel mit Pool im historischen Zentrum. Die Zimmer sind Design, ruhig, hell und gut ausgestattet: Küchen- und Essecke, modernes Bad, gute Betten, WLAN, Klimaanlage und Stauraum. Das Gebäude selbst, das ganz aus Beton besteht, verfälscht das Viertel. Aber man schätzt die Dachterrasse mit Pool und Bar sowie den kostenlosen Privatparkplatz. Das Hotel gehört zu einer kleinen lokalen Kette, zu der auch die Hotels Alinea Suites und Alinea Urban in Limassol gehören.

The staff are brilliant, cannot think of a negative experience. They even put a cake and a bottle of wine in our daughter's room on her birthday.
Number 30 bus takes you into town centre for €1.50 and runs late into the night

Our team takes great pride in our staff and facilities and we always strive for the best for our guests so we are very surprised about your comments regarding our hotel. We have a kids club and kids activities during the day that our young guests can take part it as well as a mini disco in the evening. Regarding sunbeds we do not condone reserving them and we do monitor this however our hotel has plenty of sunbeds to accommodate our guests and our staff are always available to assist our guests in finding ones. Nothing was explained about the hotel at checkin so had to ask other guests.
All inclusive option doesn’t include snacks, Towel charges apply and only exchanged every 3 days, restaurants all booked 7-10 days in advance, no water bottles given in this heat, no sun loungers/hammocks etc and the tightest deck chair seating, nearest beach is filthy, 6 day room service only, and ran out of ice cream apparently. If you enjoy cheap branded alcohol with a delayed service then this is the place. All round gave the feeling they were looking at profits rather than customer satisfaction… don’t know how they have certificate for trip advisor recommended hotel 2023!
On the plus side: weather was great, pub across the road and some nice restaurants within walking distance.
I hope my work colleagues don’t read this review as I recommended the hotel to the ones I dislike ;)

We apologise for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay however your review has given us the opportunity to clarify some comments regarding our hotel. Once our guests arrive at our hotel and check-in, our reception team give a brief overview of the hotel and also explain that all information is provided in the welcome letter given to each of our guests. This welcome letter is included in the welcome pack our guests receive upon arrival with their room keys and all-inclusive wristbands if they apply. The welcome letter includes information about our facilities, opening and closing times of our restaurant and café, pools and bars as well as the terms of your board if you are an all-inclusive guest. Our all-inclusive package includes snacks such as from our wide selection in our Mocha café which includes hot and cold sandwiches, pastries, salads, yoghurt, cakes and many more. Regarding our towel conditions, as we explain to our guests when they collect their towel cards from reception, that there is an electronic deposit which is not payable however if the cards were not returned at the end of our guests' stay then that is when a charge would apply. With regards to our theme night dining options that you mentioned, they do get booked up quickly so we advise our guests to book in as early as possible during their stay however our staff are always available to assist and find bookings for our guests. As stated in our welcome letter, our hotel adheres to our sustainability policy which reduces plastic waste around the hotel. We provide a large bottle of water in each room upon arrival for our guests which they keep and fill up at our three refillable water stations around the hotel. We also provide paper cups next to these refillable stations for our guests to use/reuse throughout the day and evening. With regards to our sunbeds, we have plenty of sunbeds to accommodate our guests however, as stated above, if our guests need any assistance with finding a sunbed/sun lounger then our staff is always available to help. Our hotel ensures we never have a short supply of produce especially ice-cream which is very much a necessity in our hot and sunny climate here in Cyprus. Our team always strives for the best for our guests to make their stay an enjoyable one so we are very surprised to hear about your comments regarding our motive. Thank you again for your review. The food was lovely and different every evening and then you could book different places to eat also within the hotel, The a la carte evening was stunning and they set the area up so beautifully!
They have a managers cocktail evening and we tried some different drinks which was great fun.
The pool areas are great too, the kids were in the pool from morning to evening on our pool days, closes at 6pm but like with any resort you have to wake up early to get a bed as by 7am most beds have towels on. There is an adults pool also for something more quieter and a younger child's pool.
The entertainment was great, got the public involved some evenings too, evening got us up dancing and my daughter loved the kids disco.
