Rooms were good and spacious, breakfast was amazing with enough options and hot eggs, good variety. Nothing to complain about except the location was a bit far away from the city centre. Takes around 45 mins to an hour to reach by bus to city centre and 15 mins by car to the airport that too at non peak hours. Booked cabs to freeway app and found to be very expensive to commute to city centre from here and public transport only bus number 53 travels directly outside the hotel depending on location.

Check in is breezy and quick. The rooms are alright and looks similar to other Novotel we stayed in earlier in the trip.

Location wise it seems to be in residential area so not much eating places around, anyhow we took taxi and explore the Madrid downtown area.

Restaurant dining service was slow, we ordered drinks and didn’t come out till we finished our dinner. The mains we had for beef is ok, but not so good with the duck and pork (all the meat looks red, I know duck can be under cooked so it doesn’t get tough, but pork?). We asked the waiter if the pork was cured before it’s cooked which may explain the reddish colour instead of lighter colour but he didn’t know. Thank goodness no one got food poisoning. Wasn’t too familiar with Iberian pork preparation method.

El hotel es moderno y acogedor. El las primeras plantas es Ibis y el las últimas Novotel. Las habitaciones están muy bien, limpias y acogedoras. La estación de metro más cercana está a 10 minutos.
También tiene garaje para poder meter el coche.

El bufete está buenísimo, te atienden muy bien y está hay mucha variedad. Todos te dan un servicio excelente???? los cuartos súper bien, las camas increíbles ???? todas las personas te hacen sentir especial ???????? olé! Me encantó

Gostámos muito da nossa estadia. Os funcionários são todos simpáticos, disponíveis e atenciosos. Destacamos a simpatia e o ok sorriso com que a Sra Ana Belém nos recebeu todos os dias no pequeno-almoço.
O Hotel não fica no centro, mas tem uma entrada de metro relativamente perto.

The hotel was great. But the waiting time at the restaurant was almost 1h and another 1h for the meal to be cooked... Big minus.

Todo el personal súper amable.
Las habitaciones muy bien y el buffet bastante variado y amplio.
No está céntrico pero buenas conexiones de metro y bus taxis desde o a Chamartín no nos llegó a 15 euros.
Bastante buena opción.

Llevamos muchos años viniendo a este hotel siempre que venimos a Madrid. Zonas comunes amplias. Desayunos de diferentes precios y muy ricos. Habitaciones confortables. Cerca de paradas de transporte público para ir al centro. Personal siempre muy amable.
