The bar and restaurant staff were very friendly, not so much check in staff. The rooftop terrace is great.
However we chose this hotel because of the rooftop area. This area closes at 8pm and is not open on Mondays and Tuesdays. Our stay was Saturday to Monday. - this information is not available prior to booking.
We also booked a superior room with a double bed. However this was 2 single beds pushed together with two single duvets. You cannot sleep in the centre of the bed because of the large gap between the two single beds.
After our first night housekeeping had made the beds and tidied the room. However the bottles of water were not replaced in the room. We rang reception to ask for replacement bottled water and they sent 4 x 500ml bottles of water and a bill for €21. We sent this back and the reception rang our room and queried this. They explained that the complimentary bottles of water are only replaced every 5 days. - how many stays at this hotel exceed a 5 day duration? A very strangle protocol.
You would think that a 4* hotel at €200 a night would provide rooms with double beds not single beds pushed together and house keeping would replace bottled water daily complimentary.
La cocina deja mucho que desear también y por supuesto, los precios altísimos. 4 jarras de tinto de verano y unas patatas por 90€
La terraza del piso 10 cerrada sin previo aviso.
No volveré y recomendaría no hacerlo a otros con toda la buena oferta que hay al rededor

Personal super amable y atento.
Cenamos en el hotel y espectacular tambien muy buena comida, y el desayuno pequeño pero cumplia con todo lo que nos gustaba.
No tengo nada malo que añadir.
The Front Office team are awesome, very efficient and helpful. The food and beverage staff provided an outstanding service. Whether it was enjoying a meal at the hotel restaurant or grabbing a drink at the roof bar, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience.
The breakfast offered at the hotel is simply fantastic, offering a delightful selection of both English and continental options to suit every palate.
Moreover, the rooms and the general areas of the hotel were spotless. Houskeeping always did a fabtastic job with our rooms.
Kudos to all the staff at CR7 Pestana, I will surely be back. On that note, I totally recommend this hotel to anyone who wants an affordable and stay right in Gran Via.

A localização é excelente, perto de tudo e com a estação de metro a poucos metros.
Os quartos não são grandes, mas as camas são muito boas.
Gostamos também bastante do bar, que para além de bebidas tem algumas comidas (estilo snacks).
Adoraria voltar numa próxima visita a Madrid.
Mi agradecimiento a todo el equipo por su trabajo y especialmente a Jyra y Yulia que han hecho mi estancia muy agradable al igual que en 2023. ¡Hasta la próxima!
