Service - exceptional. Breakfast - just the right amount. Location - excellent. We walked to do many places and there are a lot of restaurants and stores nearby.

Viaggio spesso per lavoro ed è il miglior albergo di Roma, che io abbia provato. La posizione centrale e l'infinita gentilezza, cortesia e pazienza del personale lo rendono un posto magnifico! Piccolo suggerimento, migliorare l'insonorizzazione delle camere.

The hotel met our expectations. Upon arrival, offer water, sweets and somethings like that. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Clean room, good bed, good shower. They offer slippers, tea and toast in the room. The location is great. Close to the metro, the main tourist attractions and there are restaurants and supermarkets around. The only problem was that the air conditioning didn't cool at the time we went because it was already winter season, so the room was very hot. The open window helped a little. Despite being on the first floor, it is worth mentioning that we did not see an elevator.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I loved the traditional Italian design as opposed to staying in my usual modern hotels. We receive complementary bottle of Prosecco that was chilled and we really enjoyed. The staff were very kind and helpful. The location was in the center of several famous tourist sites located 5 to 20 minutes walking distance depending on which site you are looking to see. Located in the center of a shopping district with plenty of high-end and local designer stores and 1-2 minutes walking with of restaurant options. Great location and I would definitely stay here again.

Otel Spagna metrosuna çok yakın. Konumu mükemmel. Küçük çocuğunuz yoksa bu otelden her yere yürüyerek bile gidebilirsiniz. Otel eski ama odalar temiz. Günlük temizliğini her gün istedik yaptılar. Kahvaltı odaya geliyor isterseniz aşağıda restoranda da giyebiliyorsunuz. Yine Romaya gidersem özellikle konumundan dolayı tekrar aynı otele giderim.

No es un lugar de lujo, pero es muy cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario y la ubicación no podría ser mejor, llegas al Vaticano caminando, a la plaza de España, plaza del popolo, fuente de Trevi y está rodeado de tiendas de lujo como Phillip Plein, Chanel, Prada, Dior etc. También hay cientos de lugares de comida, farmacias, y supermercados. Yo sí vuelvo a Roma creo qué volvería a elegir este lugar para hospedarme

Posizione centralissima e camere ben arredate. Si trova in un vecchio palazzo in via del Babbuino.

oggi sono passata a chiedere gentilmente quanto costa uno spritz, e un cameriere alto,occhiali rettangolari senza montatura e sulla sessantina si é rivolto in modo molto grezzo e sgarbato, inizialmente non mi ha consoderato avvicinandosi ad un tavolo, poi rispondendomi ‘15€’. Di solito si salutano e si considerano i clienti. Mi ha fatto passare la voglia di sedermi e me ne sono andata.
Ma io mi chiedo si tratta così un cliente?
Assolutamente fuori luogo e vergognoso.
Vi consiglio di essere competenti quando li assumete i dipendenti.

Excellent stay. Would absolutely recommend.
The room is lovely and cozy. It’s perfectly located. Less than 10mn away from the Trevor fountain and the forum.
The staff is very welcoming and helpful.
