Buona esperienza nel cuore di Trastevere....belle le camere,ben pulite e personale molto cordiale e disponibile...lo consiglio...

Hôtel très agréable et bien situé dans Trastevere. Proximité avec les transports en commun, les restaurants et à 20 min à pied du cœur de Rome. Les chambres sont cosy et le personnel est attentionné. Son point fort est sa cour intérieure pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Nous avons passez un bon séjour et recommandons fortement cet établissement.

Really lovely, unique hotel in a great location for Trastevere and close to river to access the rest of Rome. Rustic and interesting building. Breakfast could be better in terms of options towards end of service time, wifi had poor speed so used data. Neither of these things were a big issue for us though so we did not raise them. Staff very friendly and helpful. Gorgeous internal courtyard which would be great in summer. We will return.

El hotel genial, muy buenas instalaciones, el desayuno muy bueno y el trato del personal maravilloso que para mí es lo más importante. Las personas son lo más importante de cualquier negocio. Si volvemos a la ciudad eterna volveremos a Trastevere, volveremos a Relais Le Clarisse. Gracias por todo

La ubicación es perfecta, las habitaciones correctas y limpias, desayuno correcto también , y la atención de todo el personal fue realmente excelente, atentos en todo momento, con grab calidez y simpatía!

Relais Le Clarisse was an amazing hotel for our family of four. The hotel was originally a convent, and it had a lot of character and history. The location was ideal, in the vibrant Trastevere neighborhood, close to many local attractions and public transportation. The rooms were large and cozy, and the courtyard was beautiful and serene. The staff was very courteous, especially Antonio, who was extremely helpful with all sorts of information about the area and how to get around. He also booked a taxi for us when we needed it. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied, with both sweet and savory options. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi and complimentary water in the room. We had a great time staying at Relais Le Clarisse, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming and comfortable place to stay in Rome. We hope to return soon and enjoy this wonderful hotel again.

Nos alojamos en la habitación llamada mimosa y estuvimos genial. Si que se oía un poco de ruido pero nada que molestará a la hora de dormir. La limpieza genial y el personal muy amable. Ubicación perfecta para estar en Trastevere. Sin duda volvería y lo recomiendo mucho

Not at all a 5 star stay. Tiny tiny tiny rooms with a bathroom. No place to sit at. Have to use smart phone to get into building then rooms… staff nice. Poor quality food for breakfast buffet. Nice location but there are many other options in same similar area. I booked 4 nights. So disappointed that I cancelled for 3 nights, no refund or consideration for such. Expedia, where I booked, showed beautiful room pics and I booked what was called a triple room, consisting on a room jammed with 3 single beds. Expedia mentioned elevators, none of the such all stairs. Want a place to sleep I suppose stay here. Want some where comfortable book elsewhere. No conditioner offered in shower area either. Pic is the whole room, minus tiny bathroom.

To add: yes that is a pic of almost the whole room, that third bed is visible it’s a single bed so the room is a little bigger if you can imagine the little room left that would include the bed… where else would we put our stuff? Seriously. I didn’t say i needed the lift where was it you say there were five!!! I didn’t see one. I was just point in out to say there is an elevator in your advertisement suggest this place is something it is not. I can assure you also that we booked 10 mins away from you and it had a kitchenette, living room and a king size bed room! Much larger. Guess we lucked out as your saying there isn’t much larger than what you had in Rome, quite a statement. Expedia did refund me some points, they can’t offer cash refund as they don’t receive money for the booking. I stand by everything I’ve mentioned. Palazzo Velabro? That’s where we stayed and their buffet for breakfast didn’t need any suggestions it was amazing!

Klein, liebenswert, ruhig, sauber und familiär: Hotel mit sehr gutem und freundlichem Service, gutem Frühstück, hübschen Zimmern, alles im antiken italienischen Vintage-Ambiente.

Tolles kleines Hotel in Trastevere. Wir haben hier zwischen den Jahren 4 Nächte verbracht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, tolle Betten und ein neues Bad mit seitlicher Glasfront, damit Tageslicht reinkommt, trotzdem ist der Charme des 'Alten' erhalten geblieben. Unser Zimmer ging in den Innenhof und bis auf ein wenig Lärm von vor der Türe, war es ein richtiges Kleinod. Der Service und das Personal waren zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. An Neujahr gab es Frühstück auf dem Zimmer - auf Wunsch. Sehr gute Anbindung an Tram und Bus (sofern man in Rom von einem guten öffentlichen Nachverkehr sprechen kann).

Muy bien todo en el hotel a nivel del personal y el servicio, la habitación en la que estábamos no tiene vistas (da a un patio trasero) y no está nada insonorizada. No se oye demasiado tráfico, pero oyes todo lo que pasa en el pasillo y las habitaciones contiguas... Si te toca al lado un huésped ruidoso, lo oyes como si estuviese dentro de tu habitación... La limpieza un 10, además te van reponiendo lo que usas diariamente (gorro, pañuelos...) Y son amabilísimos! Te dan muy buen servicio si necesitas dejar maletas, te responden a las demandas muy bien! Calidad precio excelente! Excepto el tema ruido entre habitaciones y pasillo..

My girlfriend and I had an incredible stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, and the immaculate cleanliness of the room truly amazed us. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a visit to Rome – it's absolutely worth it!

Le Clarisse is a beautiful hotel with a private courtyard, hearty breakfasts, and clean, charming rooms. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Great location to explore Trastevere neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Lovely small courtyard hotel right in the buzzy Trastevere district with its many restaurants. Walking distance to the key sights of Rome just across the Garibaldi bridge. No wine glasses in room but just ask friendly reception and they will fix. Our room had a giant terrace but different from room to room. For leaving day the have a spare room you can use after check-out.
