Hotel precio calidad muy bien, el trato con el personal perfecto, María una persona muy agradable y atenta. Limpio y céntrico.

Before visiting hotel we come across many bad reviews, I emailed the hotel to confirm there were going to be 3 beds for the 3 guests and to req a newer renovated room as reviews stated only few were others were old and unclean. Hotel stated “ all rooms were recently renovated not just few” . The hotel was advertised as a 2 star by on the beach when in fact it was a 1 star.
It was old , unclean, dirty, noisy , guests 24/7 having drugs, partying , playing music, banging doors, running around it was worse than a hostel. When arriving after our several hour flight delay at around 10pm we were expected to pay a £150 deposit which were were not informed of. Also the receptionist warned us that guests bring non guests back to the hotel and occasionally they rob guests rooms. we did not feel safe at all, we had to carry our passports and money around as we were scared to leave our belongings also this caused us to not go out for long ruining our holiday experience. Also when arriving to our room there was marks around the door handle where someone had attempted to gain access in the past. The room was disgusting, dirty, has damp, air con broken spitting out dirt and water, the balcony was separated from the next room by a small bar making easy for access you could literally see into the next persons room, the walls were so thin you could hear people running around the hotel and banging also music playing , there was no light for the ceiling, mold on the walls and ceiling, dirty floors , stains on blankets, the third bed was a fold out base on the floor not even a mattress - causing me to have less than 2 hours sleep a night and my back to still be aching now.
It was a holiday from hell. Worse than a hostel. I would like no one else to have to experience this . Everyday there were several guests complaining at reception at the conditions. It was a party wild hotel. I spent 4 different days complaining on the phone to in resort who stated we would have to ask hotel staff for a different room. We were informed on the first night this was impossible as no other rooms and due to time of night and to req again tomorrow. After barely any sleep we spoke to receptionist who didn’t want to help and kept ignoring us to check guests out and who stated they were fully booked and this may not be possible. After begging we were told that this may be possible but not until around 4 pm and then we can move our stuff once people have checked out. This wasted another day of sitting in waiting to swap rooms. The second room was not much better just slightly cleaner. The 3rd bed was still the same with no mattress. The balcony door didn’t lock. Even on the second night late at night a receptionist threatened for an hour he was evicting us I was crying to on the beach for around an hour worried about any accommodation. This was then resolved by us begging the staff. We had to just put up with this experience as we had no choice but this ruined our holiday and we would like no one else to have to stay here this hotel should be taken down as it is nothing at all like the pictures

Really an amazing experience. The staff was really well behaved and very much helpful. They were helpful in other situations also apart from just my stay. I would recommend everyone to must stay at this place if you ever planning to stay in Ibiza.

Rooms were lovely, staff were amazing and the pool just across the road so it doesnt get too busy!
