Hotel precio calidad muy bien, el trato con el personal perfecto, María una persona muy agradable y atenta. Limpio y céntrico.

La verdad de las peores estancia que he tenido en mi vida ,

Before visiting hotel we come across many bad reviews, I emailed the hotel to confirm there were going to be 3 beds for the 3 guests and to req a newer renovated room as reviews stated only few were others were old and unclean. Hotel stated “ all rooms were recently renovated not just few” . The hotel was advertised as a 2 star by on the beach when in fact it was a 1 star.
It was old , unclean, dirty, noisy , guests 24/7 having drugs, partying , playing music, banging doors, running around it was worse than a hostel. When arriving after our several hour flight delay at around 10pm we were expected to pay a £150 deposit which were were not informed of. Also the receptionist warned us that guests bring non guests back to the hotel and occasionally they rob guests rooms. we did not feel safe at all, we had to carry our passports and money around as we were scared to leave our belongings also this caused us to not go out for long ruining our holiday experience. Also when arriving to our room there was marks around the door handle where someone had attempted to gain access in the past. The room was disgusting, dirty, has damp, air con broken spitting out dirt and water, the balcony was separated from the next room by a small bar making easy for access you could literally see into the next persons room, the walls were so thin you could hear people running around the hotel and banging also music playing , there was no light for the ceiling, mold on the walls and ceiling, dirty floors , stains on blankets, the third bed was a fold out base on the floor not even a mattress - causing me to have less than 2 hours sleep a night and my back to still be aching now.
It was a holiday from hell. Worse than a hostel. I would like no one else to have to experience this . Everyday there were several guests complaining at reception at the conditions. It was a party wild hotel. I spent 4 different days complaining on the phone to in resort who stated we would have to ask hotel staff for a different room. We were informed on the first night this was impossible as no other rooms and due to time of night and to req again tomorrow. After barely any sleep we spoke to receptionist who didn’t want to help and kept ignoring us to check guests out and who stated they were fully booked and this may not be possible. After begging we were told that this may be possible but not until around 4 pm and then we can move our stuff once people have checked out. This wasted another day of sitting in waiting to swap rooms. The second room was not much better just slightly cleaner. The 3rd bed was still the same with no mattress. The balcony door didn’t lock. Even on the second night late at night a receptionist threatened for an hour he was evicting us I was crying to on the beach for around an hour worried about any accommodation. This was then resolved by us begging the staff. We had to just put up with this experience as we had no choice but this ruined our holiday and we would like no one else to have to stay here this hotel should be taken down as it is nothing at all like the pictures

Really an amazing experience. The staff was really well behaved and very much helpful. They were helpful in other situations also apart from just my stay. I would recommend everyone to must stay at this place if you ever planning to stay in Ibiza.

Rooms were lovely, staff were amazing and the pool just across the road so it doesnt get too busy!

Rapport qualité prix, je ne me plein pas du tout. C'est très juste. Service approprié.
Le seul bémol, c'est la pression de l'eau quand, je prend une douche qui est trop faible. En terme d'isolation phonique, ce n'est pas le top non plus. Mais au vu du prix et du services proposés, je donne la note de 4.9999/5, je garde les autres points pour ce que j'ai coté plus haut.

Almost at the end of my holiday here and honestly I have mixed opinions about this hotel.
The reviews about people having their stuff stolen must just have been pretty careless, there is a safe in the room and the terrace door locks and at the very least you can lock valuables in your suitcase.
Good location, near the beach and shops and restaurants and a good distance from the noisy clubbing area if you’re not much of a night time person.
The rooms actually look like the photos for once, could’ve been a bit cleaner I guess but it wasn’t all that bad.
Pool area is nice but nowhere near as big as it looks in photos. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The only down side really was the bathroom the tap would only run hot water and would not run cold and there was zero pressure in the shower which made washing my hair a 45 minute job so for that reason I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it for females or males with long hair.

El personal muy amable. La ubicación estupenda está a 5min de la estación de autobuses y a otros 10min de la playa.
Podrían renovar cosas básicas en los baños y la limpieza. Nos quedamos dos noches y tres dias al segundo día pusimos la corbata muy temprano para que nos limpiaran la habitación pero al llegar todo seguía lleno de arena y solo habían pasado a ponernos toallas limpias y papel. Me quedo con la buena actitud de la recepcionista que nos atendió y la ubicación. Volvería solo por eso

Aber schwarze Silikonfugen...die Ecken dreckig...die Badewanne abgenutzt und auch nicht sauber...Wasser lief beim Duschen nur ganz langsam ab sodass man nach 5 Minuten in 10 cm Wasser stand
Zimmer roch nach Feuchtigkeit
Klimaanlage nicht einstellbar und auf Temperatur Kühlschrank
Matratze eine andere Katastrophe
Absolut nicht zu empfehlen
Jedoch war das Personal sehr freundlich
Das Hotel bedarf einer Grundsicherung....

Servicio impecable! nos trataron super bien y estuvimos super comodos. Además de tener una localización increíble, volveremos seguro!

Leider kann ich keinem Interessenten dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen, der deutschen Standard gewohnt ist.
Einziger Pluspunkt ist für Verhältnisse auf Ibiza ein noch erträglicher Preis. Die Leistung dafür ist eine Katastrophe.

Kritikpunkte:
- völlig verdreckte Zimmer (Waschbecken siehe Bild), Haare überall an den Fliesen im Bad etc.
- Zimmertür unsicher
- Waschbecken fließt seit Tag 1 nicht ab
- Toilette dreckig voller Spuren des vorigen Gastes
- Lautstärke nachts nicht auszuhalten. Vom Hotel wird nichts dagegen unternommen
- Zimmer hellhörig ohne Ende
- Lampen ohne Schutz für Kinder teilweise eine Gefahr
- Bett komplett durchgelegen
- Zimmer aufgrund defekter Lampe dunkel

In Summe für vier Nächte als Einzelperson mit 280€ „günstig“ aber sehr sehr schlecht übernachtet. Leider null zu empfehlen!

Helpfull stuff and good location but dirty mirrors/ glass surfaces, no remote controls for the TV or AC. Perhaps I had bad luck with my room as another one I saw had been renovated with new shower but mine was pretty old looking. Overall way too expensive for the quality of the rooms.

For being a 1* hotel, it was amazing. Decent sized rooms and bathroom. Very nice service from front desk. Very helpful. Good location. Very central to everything. Close to Eden, Ibiza Rocks and Ocean Beach. Across the hotel they have a cheap cafe and pool which is very good. Could do with chairs on balcony and telephone in room to phone down to reception. Lighting needs to be made brighter as it’s very outdated. Great place to stay for 5 nights.

I placed an order for a grilled chicken breast and a beverage at the restaurant. However, the grilled chicken arrived coated in oil. Upon raising the concern, Mr. Alex, a staff member, exhibited a dismissive attitude towards my complaint and was impolite. He argued that the chicken is always served that way. Although they eventually corrected the order, Alex's behavior remained discourteous. When I pointed out his rude attitude, he even retorted with a confrontational "You too!" almost escalating the situation.

Habitaciones reformadas y modernas , el servicio espectacular muy atentos en todo momento y una gran piscina para relajarte .

We had a lovely 5 day stay, staff was very friendly and the service was great and helpful especially Maria she was so sweet and helped us with whatever we needed. The room looked like the images but could have a better view overall loved this stay and I would definitely stay again. Close to all main tourist attractions and close to the San Antonio bus station.
