Esta bien ubicado y decorado. Aseguraria que su punto más destacable son las habitaciones, con buenas camas y baños completos. El aspecto que menos me gustó fue su precio en relación al servicio, puesto que no hay nadie nunca a excepción de la mañana, una persona y con buffet muy limitado. Cuando traté de hacer un cambio sobre la reserva me transmitieron cierta inflexibilidad y más cuando al llegar y estar en él, estaba casi vacío el hotel. La experiencia mermó algo por ese aspecto y por los servicios inexistentes. Diría que es un 3 estrellas automatizado y correcto.

A rasgos generales muy bien,la habitacion muy completa,bonita y cómoda. Desayuno correcto quizás un poco minimalista,aun siendo buffet las raciones muy pequeñas.Sin embargo,apenas habia empleados. La recepcion no siempre estaba abierta,no habia nadie para preguntar solo a la hora del desayuno una camarera,amable pero la sensacion era de un hotel fantasma.

Aconsejo con las 5 estrellas que se merece este hotel por la calidad la ubicación.
Fueron muy amables con nosotros y atentos.
El desayuno es una delicia !
Apreciamos que sea ecológico (mantequilla mermelada etc .. en potitos y no en envase de plástico) al desayuno, y que los productos sean locales.
Unas estrellas por la tarta de manzana casera !! ????

No hay recepción,facilidad en la entrada con los códigos de acceso que te envían por WhatsApp,podrían como mejora poner en la bañera agarraderas.habitación confortable y equipada

Estuvimos alojados en el HOTEL SAN MIGUEL de Maó en Diciembre del 2021. Un hotel con mucho encanto y muy elegante. En el centro de Maó con un patio interior que invita al reposo y a la tranquilidad. Agradecer el trato por parte de Vladimir que fue muy especial y atento con nosotros. Gracias por la maravillosa estancia que disfrutamos. Muy recomendable para todos los visitantes a Maó.

Hotel muy céntrico y tranquilo. Las habitaciones son amplias, con un buen baño y camas grandes y cómodas. El servicio es excelente, todos los trabajadores son muy agradables y te ayudarán en todo lo que necesites. Buena limpieza y buen servicio de buffet.

Avevamo la camera 301 molto spaziosa e con una terrazza privata. Il bagno con vasca idromassaggio e un letto molto comodo. La camera potrebbe ospitare fino a 4 persone. Nel complesso la camera é ottima. Colazione discreta c'é una parte a buffet con salumi, formaggi e dolci e una parte che preparano direttamente in cucina tutto quello che riguarda le uovo. Hanno due macchine per caffè e altre bevande. La colazione ai può fare anche in una terrazza all'aperto molto carina. L'hotel ha anche un piccolo bar dove puoi servirti fuori dall'orario di colazione (8.30-10.30 nel periodo estivo). L'hotel é molto centrale si arriva in centro in 5 Min a piedi e ha un parcheggio gratuito a 300 m, se non ci fosse posto nel parcheggio gratuito nella.stessa aria c'é un parcheggio a pagamento a 0,20€/h alla stessa distanza. Servizio discreto, qualche imprecisione tipo il sapone non carico e l'acqua non messa in frigo però cose fondamentali.

Excellent! I stayed here with a group of friends, but had to work too. The rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious with great views over the neighborhood white and red roofs.
the Wifi worked perfectly everywhere, from the cool, comfortable terrace, to the breakfast cozy patio, and to the quiet room.
I hadn't slept this well in a while. the bed was very comfortable and big. The breakfast was amazing, with a number of local specialties and home cooked cakes, as well as a variety of gluten free options.
Ileana the hotel manger gave great advice on car rental, beaches, touristic attractions and great restaurants (all her suggestions proved to be exceptional) and the rest of the staff was always kind.
Menorca is a great place to enjoy the sunsets and this hotel is the perfect option to relax while being in the city centre of Mahon.

We stayed at the Hotel San Miguel 5 days.
We were really satisfied.
The rooms are sober but elegant and efficient. Impeccable cleaning.
Courteous and efficient staff.
Special thanks to Ileana who welcomed us in the morning for breakfast, excellent and plentiful.
Selected, natural and quality products.
And Ileana has always been very helpful in giving us advice for restaurants, excursions, special places to visit,

We had a fantastic stay in the lovely small hotel in the heart of Mahon. It is quiet, clean and I loved the courtyard as well the terrace. Service is great and Ileana is managing everything very well and with passion. Breakfast is absolutely done with love and is delicious. I warmly recommend this lovely hotel!

Terrible place. Pictures do not correctly show the rooms. We asked for a room for 3 persons clearly indicating that we were work colleagues and wanted to have each one bed. We arrive and there is only one double bed and one single bed. The single bed is also lacking sheets. Very rude behaviour from the manager of the hotel. Rooms are pretty run down and air conditioning system old and noisy. Rooms are small and dark and the breakfast area dark and totally lacks charm. Internet does not work properly. Upon our arrival at 18.30 the receptionist was gone and we had to wait 15 min before the door to the hotel was opened.

Pequeño y bien ubicado en el centro de Mahón. Buenas habitaciones y buen desayuno. Quizás la deco no me ha gustado mucho, pero eso es un tema personal, de gustos.

La habitación muy cómoda, buena climatizacion, da a una calle bastante silenciosa, desayuno completo (tostadas, croissants, queso, pavo, tomate, aguacate, crepes, dulces, fruta...)
