Personnels professionnels.

- I have travelled all over the world and this hotel is definitely NOT A 4-STAR, and not all inclusive. 'Cocktail and watered down and not freshly made - poured out of jug that beed sitting there until someone requests it. I was expecting to be able to eat as and when especially travelling with a toddler - he is very picky with food at the moment. The only food inclusive to us was a (pre-made) ham and cheese sandwich with fries, if not you had to wait until lunch or dinner.
- Most of the workers at this hotel do not speak a word of English , which I found to be strange.
- Food in the restaurant was mediocre and extremely bland. A lot of the fruit was mouldy. The waiters were rude and wouldn't even greet us!
- Tv in one of our rooms did not work the whole time we was there, despite having asked for it to be fixed.
- There was stains of the sheets, from the day we arrived to the day we left so obviously there were never changed.
- The room did not come with a kettle or bath my infant. I would have thought that if I had booked a cot, they would use initiate and put a kettle (for milk) and baby bath in the room. Instead, had to wait till morning and request it, which meant after hours of travelling I couldn't bath my baby (as he is petrified of the shower - most babies are!)
- They say its 'child-friendly', but they do not cater to young infants. Disco starts at 8:45pm - what toddler is awake at this time?!
- No plates/cutlery for infants. My little one is new to feeding himself, and he accidentally dropped a plate on the floor and instead of being understanding to the fact that he's a young baby still learning to eat by himself, one particular waiter gave me a scolding look (honestly, if looks could kill!) and we were labelled as 'uncivil' when we complained about the treatment we had received.
- Each time we attempted to go to the soft play, it was closed. When it rained, the 'kids club' workers brought board games into a room but nothing for my son to do and when we enquired whether soft play would be open one of the workers rolled her eyes and walked away pretending that she couldn't hear us!
POOR SERVICE, POOR STANDARDS, AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY!
