The included breakfast is extremely minimal. The vending beverages are all sparkling water flavors. Edit: There's no mechanism to me to reply to your reply. But I would have liked a juice.

Au prix de la nuit, je ne m’attendais pas à dormir dans un canapé lit. J’avais loué une chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite. Heureusement que je n’étais pas seul car réfrigérateur pas accessible. Pas de place dans la cuisine pour le fauteuil roulant. Ils fournissent une raclette pour essuyer le sol après la douche car c’est une douche à l’italienne mais pas de manche donc il faut être à 4 pattes pour la passer. Pas d’accueil et tous les bureaux sont fermés donc on voit personne. Le petit déjeuné se limite à un fruit une boisson. La télévision la moitié des chaînes offertes sont inaccessibles et se mettent en mode erreur. Je suis déçu. Même s’il y a très peu d’hôtels qui offrent le service chambre a accès aux fauteuils, je ne reviendrait pas dans ce dernier.

Réponse : votre lit escamotable comme vous dites n’a pas de tête de lit et un seul côté pour monter dessus. S’il faut que j’appelle pour tout ou que je frappe à une porte pour un service c’est bien plate, j’aurais passé mon temps à ça. La personne de l’accueil nous l’avons vu à l’arrivée parceque nous étions coincé dehors. Et seulement en partant juste pour nous dire de mettre un avis Google. Merci pour votre retour.

What an incredible and comfortable concept for seasoned and novice travelers alike. Loved the simplicity of the self-check in concept, which was flawless from start to finish, and did not sacrifice any of the attention that might be expected with the presence of typical hotel staff. The rooms were clean, bright and comfortable - and remarkably well equipped. Access to a washer and dryer, fridge and freezer, and a more than sufficient kitchen makes this an obvious booking for visitors needing a short or long stay in Montreal. On top of that, the amenities (large en suite bath, spa and rooftop hot tub, self-serve breakfast and coffee) make it even more worthwhile. To think that for their central location and all the features mentioned that the price was lower than the majority of less equipped and less comfortable hotels in the area makes this a no-brainer. Will be not only returning on future visits, but recommending wholeheartedly to colleagues and family who will be visiting.

Parfait séjour ! Grande chambre avec plein de détails intéressants (grande douche, tapis et blocs de yoga, immenses fenêtres qui s’ouvrent, tout pour cuisiner, lit hyper confortable, recharge à téléphone à la tête du lit, design irréprochable), jacuzzi et sauna appréciés, vue sur la ville et la montagne agréable , gym qui semblait équipé (mais je n’ai pas essayé )! J’y retournerais n’importe quand ! Merci !

Loved it all. - frosted glass bathrooms are not for the faint of heart so check which rooms have them if you don’t want to brave it. - would and will stay again. ily boxie.

had a pleasure of visiting this hotel over the long weekend (Ontario family day on Monday), great place, the stuff are great, there are all the amenities you may need in the room plus there is a complimentary snack and coffee in the morning, there is a gym and a spa with a hot tub and two different types of sauna available all included in the price of the stay. felt like money great spend!

Wow! Amazing and convenient place. Was within a 15 minute walking distance from downtown Montreal. One of our favorite hotels; will definitely be returning. Bathtub was outstanding.

Loved everything about Boxotel! The check-in process was easy, the rooms were perfectly sized with comfy beds and great showers! The location is more than ideal. Access to the top floor sauna and hot tub outdoors is such a nice touch, plus there’s a cool gym with mini rock climbing wall in the basement. There’s also a fantastic coffee machine with delicious coffee in the lobby and small food items for breakfast that are complimentary. It felt like home away from home. Certainly looking forward to returning to Boxotel next time we visit Montreal!

Super expérience a cette hôtel , service impeccable concept hyper bien pensé , bien situé également ! Seul hic les oreillers sont très dure ce qui a empêché mon conjoint et moi de bien dormir :(

Chambre propre.
Lit confortable.

Équipement complet : laveuse/sécheuse, lave-vaisselle, frigo/congélateur, poêle.

Spa sur le toit avec sauna vapeur et sauna sec.

Parking municipal direct en face pour 20$.

Bien situé.

Machine à café pour de bons cafés latte, expresso etc. Quelques grignotines et yogourt disponibles

Nous avons aimé être accueilli par Boxie la magnifique tourterelle.

Nous allons y revenir c'est sûr!!

Love it here when I'm in Montreal for more than just a day trip! Service was friendly and helpful during check in/out. We loved the amenities and took advantage of the sauna and tub whenever we had downtime. The rooms are clean and it's very convenient to be able to do laundry and cook in the same space. Location is pretty stellar as Old Montreal and Chinatown aren't too far out and public transit is close by. The public parking lot across the building does fill up as it is pretty small so if you're travelling by car I would be wary of that.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a very pleasant experience.
The check in and check out process were smooth and directions were super clear. Though there are no crew on location after ~6 PM, I still got the support I needed.

The room was clean and equipped with everything I needed. I loved everything about the room.
The parking was right across the hotel. We paid $20 a day and it was convenient. also in walkable distance were many pubs and restaurants. It’s also close to many attractions. So 10/10 for location

The sauna was compact and perfect. The hot tub in the terrace was great too.

Will definitely stay here the next time we’re in Montreal

We stayed here for a night in the comfort suite. The room is very nice, clean and modern. I was impressed with the amenities in the room that other hotels usually don’t have. Breakfast was nice. The only flaw in the room is that the bathroom walls are all glass. It’s blurred but very much see-through so might be awkward if rooming with friends. The staff were kind and helpful too. I would definitely come here again

Had a wonderful 2-night stay here at the end of September. The room is spacious, clean, and has a lot of appliances! A full kitchen and washer/dryer! Their soaps and lotions in the bathroom smelled great as well. Check in and check out were via a kiosk and went by smoothly. We parked in the lot across the street for both nights. I will say it gets completely full at night so park early. Also, I saw a car with its window completely broken in one morning, so make sure you don’t leave any valuables visible. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to continue parking in that lot after seeing the other car, but my car was fine both nights.

Nous sommes un couple de médecins français voyageant enormement: Amerique du Sud et du Nord, Afrique, Antilles, Asie, les destinations s'enchainent et ne manquent pas.
Pourtant, et sans exageration, le Boxotel est LE MEILLEUR et de loin, hotel dans lequel nous ayons sejourné jusqu'a présent.
Propre, Beau, minimaliste avec un axe resolument tourné vers la nature et le bio, c'est un véritable bonheur!!

1) Le petit dejeuner inclus est top: cookie carotte/banane chocolat fait maison, yaourt bio, café equitable etc... que du maison ou naturel
2) Les chambres sont de veritables appartements, spacieux et confortables
3) Le personnel est acceuillant et animaux friendly, vous serez d'ailleurs reçu à l'entrée par Boxi, la petite tourterelle de la maison, prete à chanter pour vous et curieuse de tout ca qui se passe, perchée dans sa cage. Les chiens sont les bvn
4) Le spa!!! genial, bain turque, hamam, massages, jacuzzi sur le toit avec vue sur la ville et.ouvert jusqu a 22h

Non pour la 1ere fois je n ai rien à redire!

We booked 4 nights at Boxotel for our first trip to Montreal after seeing the great reviews and amenities - who doesn't love a hot tub on the roof?! We really couldn't have made a better choice, we had an amazing stay! The cookies and yoghurts for breakfast were delicious and the tea and coffee facilities very much appreciated. The room was spacious with an extremely comfy bed and lovely little touches, the bath by the window was particularly cool! The location is also perfect, the hotel has Bixi keys you can use to hire the bikes and cycle all over the neighborhood. We really loved exploring Montreal this way! (So sorry again for hogging the keys haha!)

The real stand out of the experience however was Carlos, the manager. He was so friendly and kind to us, recommending restaurants and things to do in the local area and beyond. All great recommendations by the way! We also loved meeting his sweet little dog- a definite bonus for dog lovers!

If you're looking for a stay in Montreal i can't recommend Boxotel enough. It's the perfect mix of stylish and minimalist but still very welcoming. We're already looking to book our next trip!

The property manager is absolutely awful and charged us for things we didn’t do. Carlos, the manager went into out rooms without our permission and accused of things we didn’t do. It was the worst worst experience I’ve ever had at an establishment. When trying to rectify the situation he continued to deny his actions and then kicked us off the property after having payed 500/night (two nights total for over 1000). We didn’t use any of the amenities and had the worst worst experience ever.
