LE NOUVEL HÔTEL & SPA

Great for our weekend stay in Montreal. The King Corner Suite was spacious and comfortable. The room was updated compared to the online pictures. Not the fanciest hotel in the area but certainly the best value while still maintaining a modern upscale feel. The staff was great. The parking garage was a plus. Walking distance to the Bell Center and great restraunts downtown. I would recommend and will definitely return

We booked with this hotel because my mom was having surgery at the Montreal General Hospital. On day 3 of our 4 day expected trip, we found out we could head home early. The staff, especially Luis, was amazing in helping us check out before 12. They were so kind and understanding with our situation, and did not charge us for the additional night. Thank you! When life throws you challenges, it’s nice to meet people who help make the challenge easier.

If this exceptional customer service has not swayed you, hopefully the rest of this review will. The rooms were modern, clean, and very well taken care of. The restaurant connected to the hotel, has delicious dishes. My dad is extremely particular with food and enjoyed the spaghetti and meat balls. I had their pizza (cheese and pepperoni), they must use a pizza stone or oven, because it was beyond what I expected. It was delicious! The meals also came with a beverage (wine, beer or soda) and a salad . Honestly, it’s worth the price.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this hotel. I will be recommending it to everyone!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The staff were friendly and pleasant to deal with. The room was clean and modern, the beds were comfortable and the shower felt luxurious, having a glass door and multiple showerheads.

It's a short walk to the Bell Centre and just south of a variety of Asian restaurants. It's on the quieter, western edge of downtown while still being close enough to the hustle bustle.

A very well run hotel!

From check-in, which was quick and pleasant, to departure, everything was professional easy.

The one stand-out for me was the cleanliness. I know hotels are managed to be clean, but Le Nouvel is on another level. As soon as you walk in, the lobby, common areas and rooms smell clean. And they are!

Location of the hotel is close to a number of restaurants and attractions. The Bell center is just a few blocks away and the Montreal casino is a quick cab ride away too.

Rooms are updated with modern furniture and fixtures with sleek design cues that are bright and clean. Beds are firm with the right amount of give that produce a great night's sleep.

Parking is on-site, although a little pricy, is very convenient.

Staff work hard in maintaining the hotel to a standard that will bring me back when in town.
