Je suis un peu déçue mais cela reste un hôtel correct.

Underground parking was safe and clean and self contained to the hotel. Housekeeping woke us up at 830am because we didn't do not disturb sign up. Rooms were comfortable. No movies to rent and casting service to TVs. We had late checkout and parking till 2pm. Breakfast was added charge. Coffee in room wasn't great. Chinese restaurant on site.
To the Holliday Inn Management, this type of service and accommodation is awful and substandard for the money we payed and trying to sell IHG REWARDS is deceiving the public from truth. I wished I had booked another better rated hotel rather than being hoodwinked by your Ads and greeted by a rude reception clerk. Please retrain your staff, don't take our money in return for poor and substandard services, your hotel is located in a first world country. No excuse for this brothel !
Front desk staff Driss was rude and had no clue about what customer service means. He was unkind and unhelpful and no management on the premises were available to speak to us.
The hotel is old, ugly and unkept. The carpet is old and dirty looking, the bed sheets were hanging down on the side of the bed rather than tucked in, and had an unclean feeling and odor to it.
We are not staying here for free. All we were looking for was a clean and safe hotel for our 2 night stay in Montreal.
All round it was and awful experience for both my husband and I.
I would rate this hotel experience as it deserves at 0 out of 10.
