We arrived and departed by water taxi. The staff was attentive. One of our traveling party was disabled and the hotel staff were helpful. The rooms were updated but had old European form factor. The bar was excellent and had a great view of the canal. The breakfast was the best that we had in Italy. The Hotel is located near shops and restaurants and is an easy walk to San Marco Square.

Beautiful hotel, the room was clean and nice. The service desk person was so really nice and welcoming. Offered to store our luggage if needed. The breakfast area was so small and crowded. There wasn't much of a variety of food. It was such a small area, and very hard to navigate when there were others eating as well. Overall a good stay but I would not do the breakfast.

Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Very central location. There's even an umbrella for use in the wardrobe which I thought was a lovely touch. Fabulous cocktails and a lovely breakfast. Would 100% recommend.

Zusätzlich zu schönen, sauberen Zimmern und gutem freundlichen Service gab es jeden Morgen ein sehr umfangreiches gutes Frühstück :)

Hôtel idéalement situé. Chambre un peu vieillote. Ex porte de salle de bain difficile a fermer. Parois de douche dont les rails ne sont pas bien fixées

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans l hotel, il est tres bien situé dans venise. Acces rapide a la place st marc,pont des soupirs ,aux excursions bateaux et aux gondoles. Hotel propres et petit déjeuner avec du choix. Mention spéciale pour Nathalia au bar qui est super et de tres bon conseil. Je crois que tout le monde l adore! Elle fait les meilleurs cocktails de venise je pense et toujours avec le sourire. Soiree speciale jazz le jeudi soir.merci pour cette semaine super.

Un bel hôtel que j’affectionne pour plusieurs raisons , l’emplacement à deux pas de la place San Marco , le service , la vue de la chambre sur la basilique . Un petit déjeuner complet et de bonne qualité . Le personnel est charmant et professionnel. Sans oublier la petite terrasse extérieure très agréable vue pour boire un verre .

Nous sommes revenus trois soirs de suite pour la déguster, mais aussi pour l'accueil de Natalia ! Le bar est extrêmement accueillant et la vue sur le canal très sympathique...
