Really good hotel. The staff were really helpful, attentive and polite. I unfortunately became very unwell whilst I was in Venice and required urgent medical assistance. The receptionist (sorry, don’t remember her name but it could be Isabella?) showed compassion and attentiveness, calling the ambulance and translating from English to Italian to the medical team. An asset to the hotel, along with some of the other staff such as the lovely cleaner. Thank you from myself and Azalia.

WARNING: Air conditioning is turned OFF until May! It was 26 degrees and impossible to sleep at night. No fans are provided. The only option was to leave the windows open which was very noisy. This barely helped and we ended up with multiple mosquito bites. We questioned reception on this and the man said it is their "policy". He was not pleasant. On their website, when you navigate to the room description webpage it says "independent air conditioning or heating depending on the season". This is intentionally vague and is not stated when you are booking the room. Great location. Rooms are tiny but ok. Cleaning staff are lovely. If it wasnt for the issues with AC this would get a 5 stars but we barely slept for the 2 nights we were there.

Great location, excellent customer service, room was spacious and clean. It was so nice that we booked another night. This hotel is highly recommended. We'll be back! :-) A word of advice: Don't mess with the breakfast manager, she is quite difficult to deal with when you ask to take your breakfast to the room.

Acabamos de volver de Venecia y aunque desgraciadamente n hemos podido disfrutar del viaje por haberme puesto mala el hotel se ha portado muy bien, el personal inmejorable, Isabella de la recepción es un encanto y el resto también. La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable. Yo les doy un 10. Gracias por su atención.

Un accueil extraordinaire de la part d'Isabella à la réception et une grande réactivité de la part de l'équipe.
Propreté irréprochable dans les chambres et les parties communes et calme olympien.
Buffet correct pour le petit déjeuner et service exemplaire.
Bref, rien à redire.
Nous reviendrons.

Hôtel très bien avec du personnel à l'écoute.
Chambre parfaite avec télé et petite terrasse en ce qui nous concerne. Calme à la mi mars
Il est à proximité de la place Saint Marc et tout proche des Vaporetto qui facilite les déplacements.

The rooms are much smaller than on pictures. We paid 175€ in the beginning of March. The room was tiny, the heat controller was out, so we could not change the room temperature. Non or less it was pretty warm in the room. You need to leave the keys at the reception every time you leave the hotel. The location is great. It’s close to boat stop and all main streets.

This was a very comfortable hotel in an ideal spot in Venice! Just a few streets over from Saint Mark’s Square. This hotel really went above and beyond for our tour group by providing coffee and pastries for us for breakfast a couple of mornings, even though breakfast isn’t a big thing in Italy. Very wonderful hotel!

This place is a gem. The employees there are so kind and go above and beyond for guests.

They accommodated me in so many ways, from helping me get my luggage up when I was traveling alone, placing local phone calls for me, allowing more time to check out, helping me find a western union in an emergency and even offering to walk me there.

The rooms are clean, lots of little bathroom amenities and even special gifts because it was Valentines Day week.

The location is great with super easy access to the water taxis and San Marco, with endless littl shops and restaurants right outside the door.

You don’t find many places that offer this kind of personal hospitality. I highly recommend this for your stay.

Io e mia moglie di Avellino circa 10 giorni fa siamo stati ospiti della struttura, accoglienza eccellente, personale sia del buffet che di servizio cordialissimi camera ottima la vista su San Marco pulite e confortevole, posizione geografica eccellente.Comungue ci torneremo e la consigliamo ai nostri amici.

Abbiamo soggiornato, io e mia moglie, in questo albergo, per tre giorni. Posizione eccellente, camera spaziosa e molto pulita. Personale disponibile e cordiale, in particolare Isabella. L'ultimo giorno, dopo il check out, non solo ci hanno tenuto il bagaglio, ma ci hanno permesso di utilizzare, per tutta la giornata, sia i servizi che il cortiletto, dove abbiamo potuto riposarci comodamente tra una visita e l'altra. Torneremo di sicuro!
