Camera molto vecchia e non adeguata per un 4 stelle non proprio economico. Mobili e rubinetteria rovinati dall'usura e doccia nella vasca. Televisione piccola. La spa bisogna prenotarla ed è a pagamento. Ski room senza armadietti. Personale molto gentile ma ci aspettavamo un hotel molto più moderno e lussuoso

Our family has been visiting this hotel for many years during ski season. The rooms are very comfortable and spotless, and the staff very helpful. There is a local free bus stop to the ski areas right across from the hotel.
It is wonderful to have such lovely public spaces including a bar area, large lounge area, and beautiful dining room. It is perfect for enjoying a drink then heading to dinner without having to venture out. The wine list includes many very good and affordable selections.

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, dining on site was well done. The room was clean and a peaceful night sleep. Spa and massage service was excellent. Convenient walking
distance to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

Great breakfast with many options and everything tasted very good. Easy to find location, nice rooms with large bathroom, small balcony, heated towel racks. Beds were very firm and pillows not that great though.

Sono stata recentemente al Franceschi Park Hotel che gode di una posizione eccezionale per vivere Cortina e i suoi mille itinerari escursionistici.
Il personale è molto gentile e professionale e l'ambiente estremamente accogliente, lo consiglio per una vacanza all'insegna del relax anche grazie al grande parco, messo a disposizione dei clienti, proprio davanti all'ingresso della struttura.

This hotel does not deserve 4 stars and I do not recommend it at all. We stayed for two night in a standard room. The rooms are very old and they also smell like old. The bathrooms is very badly maintained and have been neglected for some while as you can see from the amount of lime scale on the taps (see attached photos). The porch is unwelcoming, no seats (see photo). The walls are very thin and you can hear the housekeeping vacuuming the room next to you. Our room faced the road so we heard every car passing by. Breakfast has no variety, not even a single vegetable. If you want a “normal” egg and not a scrambled egg from cardboard you need to pay extra for each egg. If you come to breakfast after 8:00 everything is half empty. No value for money and the hotel is not so cheap.
