The Blocktons,
My husband and I stayed here recently as part of my birthday trip, this hotel more than exceeded my expectations. From the moment we walked in, everything was taken care of for us we didn't have to lift a finger. The room was beautiful, the staff was great and the housekeeping staff was beyond great.
We opted for afternoon tea at the Palm court and it was fantastic. But the ONLY reason for choosing this hotel was to eat at chef's Dom's restaurant(all the way from Florida). And when I tell you it didn't disappoint, babeeee it didn't disappoint. Those drinks, the food and dessert was a chef's kiss. Me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at the hotel and restaurants. If we are ever back in London we definitely will be staying there again.

The Langham, after receiving a cancellation confirmation have proceeded to take the £880 from my bank account anyway.
The communication with the team was politely rude after an error on my behalf. The lack of understanding over it is terrible. And now to see the money has been taken even after proof of cancellation for free had been taken.
I'm so disappointed.

Went for afternoon tea and was an experience I’ll never forget. It is definitely worth the price

The suit was extremely comfortable beautiful, very spacious and clean. The bedding, towels, heated floor in the bathroom, working space and let’s not forget the high tea all exceptional.
Central location, taxi at your door or walking distance to anywhere.
The staff is extremely polite and always happy to help. Excellent dining experience in the restaurant and in the room. The in room breakfast service is great. I sure will stay here again when I come again to visit London.
