The Good Hotel is a great choice should you have to be around the Excel area. You can walk to your convention in 5 min. It's kind of an "Instagrammable" place. Service was fantastic. It felt like you are a part of the family. Yes, the rooms are very small. But the serve the purpose and are very clean. And let's be honest, during conventions is not a lot of time to stay in your room anyway

I would say that location is most important asset of the hotel, ground floor layout design is more related to co-working space set-up.

All their staff is helpful and ready to assist

However the rooms are quite small and windows cannot be opened
and no slippers available .

Under the windows there is a small lid with power plugs both UK and EU standard for easy charging of phone or laptop.

Breakfast is fairly good, there is room to be improved.

We used their meeting rooms and again service provided was good.

I was there for work, and the lobby and bar area and the hotel rooms were stunning! It's a pity the rooms didn't have a TV and the toaster at breakfast wasn't very good, or easy to use. It kept burning people's toast and no one explained how to use it. I did ask, but to no avail. The lobby and drinks and the entire aesthetics of the place were stunning though. I'd definitely stay again.

A very quirky hotel this. Located on a lake although not a floating one I don't think. Has a modern yet norticcal feel to it. It does feel like you are on a ship. Meal was nice yet I only like the chips/fried potatoes. Probably trying to be to posh for the location. Sort the menu out and it might of been a 5 star review

One of the worst hotel employees I have ever met.
As my daughter fell ill from the cold and our flight time to return home was at 8:00 p.m, my wife asked the employee to extend the period of stay for some time, but he refused in a rude manner and said that you will pay 30 pounds if you wish to stay until 4:00 p.m, and he specified another amount to stay until 1:00 p.m, He added, “You must leave at 11 o’clock.” My wife told him that the universal norm is to leave at 12 o’clock, but he refused in a dry manner, saying, “I am the manager here and I am the one who decides, not you.”

They claim that the story of converting the place into a hotel was for charitable purposes, but the treatment of some employees is far from the simplest humanitarian aspects
