Solo estuve un día pero no me agradó. No lo recomiendo para personas con sueño ligero ni claustrofóbicas porque la habitación en la que me quedé, para 6 personas, era demasiado pequeña, sin ninguna mesa o silla, solo las tres camas literas y el minibaño con solo jabón de manos. Poca luz natural. La cocina y comedor no agradables. Lo único bueno es la ubicación.

Je me suis retrouvée à la porte de l'hostel car le code d'accès a été changé en fin de soirée sans que j'en sois averti et personne n'a répondu à la sonnette, mon appel whatapp...
En effet le veilleur dormait sur le canapé du salon... Je suis resté 40min dans le sas avant que le veilleur ne se réveille et m'ouvre.
Aucun remboursement ou déduction !

Il est inadmissible de se retrouver dans une telle situation !!
Le reste est très passable pour un hostel (je suis loin de mon premier Hostel)

Edit : Remboursement total effectué par Booking après réclamation.

Literally got covid because there was a sick guy that had to be asked to move *twice* from the room, and bites from fleas.

Really Like the place best if you’re visiting with friends on a budget and want to live in Zone 1. The staff if very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and hygienic. We also had a female friend who had choose a female only dorm and according to her it was also very good. About the location right across the road you have the Kensington Garden so you can go on early morning walk over there also. Next lane also have your all food options including the Tube station which the Central Line is also very accessible to the prime location from the hostel. If you have big group you can also book a whole dorm and live together. Would highly recommend this place to stay.

Lo mejor del alojamiento es la buena comunicación que tiene con todo y que el personal es agradable. Pero mi experiencia no ha sido muy buena. En la habitación no existía el respeto, la gente se ponía el mvl con sonido y a hablar a las 3 de la mañana (se lo comenté a un chico de la recepción que amablemente se interesó que tal mi estancia y que me preguntó la segunda noche si había mejorado). Estaba sucio, en mi cuarto llegué a encontrar en el suelo trozos de tabaco. En el baño el último día olía a marihuana…. Y había trozos de cigarro en el suelo.

This hostel has warm vibes and the staff are always happy to help. It’s in a great location and has a lovely facade. We stayed in a 4-bed female dorm and had a relatively great experience (being a hostel, some reduction in quality of accommodation is to be expected). The room was small but manageable, it had a great view and a handy shelf by the beds.
